Hardloopschoenen uit 2024

Je krijgt hardloopschoenen opgestuurd die al in februari2024 geproduceerd zijn, terwijl je een bestelling doet in februari 2026
Er is geen transparante informatie op de site hierover bij de schoenen.
Je koopt dus al “oude” schoenen.
De klantenservice geeft niet thuis, het is dus of €15 betalen voor een retour omdat je oude schoenen wilt terug sturen of je betaalt €140 voor schoenen waarvan het rubber al twee jaar oud is.

I-run vindt dit normaal en geeft niet thuis hierin.

Het meest kwalijke is de transparantie die ontbreekt. Zou er op de site een productiedatum van de schoenen staan, dan kun je zelf besluiten of je minder betaalt voor hardloopschoenen. Nu koop je eigenlijk een kat in de zak.
