Mark changed two of our current cameras that were outdated and added another one....he upgraded the whole system.
Our new system is amazing the clarity of the cameras is brilliant.
Mark is so helpful and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Mark. The Cameras are excellent quality far better than we imagined.

ICU’s team were in the street and asked me if I had a moment to spare. The chap I dealt with was friendly and very informative and after a thorough discussion regarding the services they provide and what options would be best suited to my needs I decided to proceed and booked in another appointment for installation. I can’t fault the service I received and the products that they have installed. Thanks guys, it was a pleasure to deal with yourselves!

I recently had an alarm fitted by the lovely Kane! I couldn’t be happier. Due to recent events of being broken into to, I didn’t feel safe. I arranged an appointment with ICU security and they came out the same day. Nothing was enough for this gentleman. He fitted the alarm in no time and ensured my safety was top priority. The customer service he provided was exceptional as he explained in full detail how to use the alarm system and didn’t leave until I was comfortable. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I was recommended through a family friend to contact ICU as I had security concerns for my office. The staff were friendly and professional leading to using their services for my home too. I would highly recommend as the cost was reasonable. 5/5 service and products.

I have been in the market for a new security system after my current monitored system failed to trigger on multiple occasions, once for real and on 4 of my checks. The previous company said I’d have to wait a week for a technician, but we’re only too happy to take my money!

Kane and Neil from ICU came out and did a thorough review of my properties security, giving me free advice on how to protect my home and also introduced me to an alternative system that would give restore my piece of mind when leaving my property for long periods of time.
