A company with excellent customer service and products. I didn't know when ordering that they were in France, and yet my order arrived quicker than somethings I ordered in the UK. You can't get a better service than that.
I will definitely use i-Beads again.

French Company pretending to be in UK
Looks like a UK company but they are actually in France. I would not have ordered from them if I had realised this.
I spent £174.06 on beads from them and then got hit with a customs charge of £47.34 in order to receive my parcel.
Not happy. Will not be using again.
Edit: After contact from the company and providing proof of the customs charge, I recieved a full refund of the extra charges. Have adjusted the star rating to reflect this.

Took two weeks before even sending
Took two weeks before even sending. No communication except when we received a royal mail tracking number. At least the latter was useful when it arrived.
