Hyve's customer service is excellent. They always respond to our tickets quite quickly, and they don't end them until we're totally happy with their resolution. Their services are pricey but very good, so we'd recommend them.

From the sales process to migration, Hyve team provided an excellent service.
We migrated our websites from another well known hosting company in UK to Hyve as the security compliance for hosting and SSL had failed. The support team at Hyve managed the migration task and dealt with issues in a professional manner.

I have just retired after spending 26 years on the Internet as an entrepreneur creating, developing, and managing a handful of website that were quite successful. During those 26 years, I had only two other hosting services which were overloaded by the traffic and continuous ddos attacks we were receiving some time ago. We switched to Hyve in 2014 and they proved to be an outstanding service.

Their technical support team is responsive 24/7, knowledgeable and professional. They are able to cater for any sized website, due to their scalable infrastructure that they have in place.

I would have stuck with them, but I sold my websites and have officially retired. Hyve are highly recommendable in my opinion. :)

What can I say, our experience with Hyve right from the start has been nothing short of outstanding.
