This is the worst shopping experience imaginable. I spent over $250 on this website's top-of-the-line gaming controller. After checking on its progress weekly for four months, I finally received it. Despite careful use, two buttons stopped working within weeks. After several communications, I shipped the faulty controller to their US address as instructed by customer service. The shipping company confirmed they received the controller, yet after four months of repeated inquiries, the company persistently claimed they hadn't received it, telling me to wait patiently for confirmation—all to no avail. Essentially, they took my money for over a year, let the warranty period expire, and ultimately delivered nothing with zero explanation. This is outright fraud! I urge everyone reading this post to be extremely cautious of this scam company!
I'm not one to write bad reviews but this has been such a disappointing experience with both the controller and their customer service. Within a week of receiving the controller I already faced issues with one of the back buttons and also the thumbsticks. When reaching out to their customer support my initial inquiries were ignored for weeks on end. It's quite clear from other reviews that the company itself has zero regard for customer satisfaction once the sale is complete which shows from their responses.
I regret making a purchase from this company, if you see this review please save your money!
I made an order on October 1 2025 and on November 22 2025 I hadn’t received the Controller. They’d said it takes 4-6 weeks for the item to ship but after 7 weeks, there was not even a shipping number. They first sent me a made up USPS shipping number which I caught and emailed them about, and after that the order disappeared.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE and I regret buying the controller…THAT I DONT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION YET!
I ordered the “READY TO SHIP” controller and I still HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT! It has been 32 DAYS!
Customer Service is HORRIBLE. They take days to respond. When they DO respond, it’s only when you Threaten to refund. I’ve been asking for my tracking number for 3 weeks…they have done everything BUT give me said tracking number that I was told be sent to me AS SOON as it has been shipped.
Do yourself a favor….DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HYPR CONTROLLERS, especially if you value your time and money. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.
Scammed me out of $200. They sent me a broken controller, and they agreed to send a replacement once I sent the broken controller back. I complied, and they went ghost. For over a year, I tried getting a response from them and got nothing.
I wanted a controller that would help me improve my gaming experience and my gaming performance in competitive games. So far I have only positive things to say about Hypr controllers. I didn't know how to remap my controller but I got help From the customer service. Fast replays and accurate answers on my questions.
scammed me. literally took my 200$ and ran, claimed it would take longer, then they were having payment problems, ended up taking my money and I got nothing. I'm going to file complaints both with our government and the Phillipino government.
I bought a hypr controller december 20th 2023. After a dozen e-mails to the customer service i finally got it around Februari/March. I have used the controller over the past year, the backpeddals of the controller were poorly installed (fixed it myself, not a problem annymore) but my left joystick is almost gone (the i can see and feel the plastic underneath the rubber). It has a poor quality in comparison to the normal dualshock controller from sony. I wouldn't recommend buying a controller here. (The quality you recieve for the price is quite poor)

The controller was great, but it took 6 months before i recieved it, and it broke after two months. Would never recommend my worst enemy having to deal with the horrible customer service over there.
They have poor shipping times, controllers are shipped broken, if you send it back for repairs, they will make you paytwice for the expensive shipping costs and to send it back for repairs.
All my emails and comments get ignored and ghosted by them!
It takes them 4 months to create and ship the controller so i rather buy one somewhere else!
Honestly, im not going to send my controller back to them, especially when it broke after a month of use after all that waiting.
The hall effect sticks broke faster and worse than a regular thumbsticks.
They buy and use cheap hall effect sticks and not the quality that was promised from their community update created by CHATGPT.
Theyre failing in every aspect of the business!
They dont care about the customers, they just want your money!
