Professional service and good interest rates. Took a month for transferring the loan, but was informed on the progress in regular intervals.

Easy to apply

The application process was very stressful
The application process was very stressful because i got the necessary information about what i need to provide for the loan too late. The rate is good but would not do it again because of the stress.

Everything went through as requested, easy, comprehensive..would recommend the first application / requested information is presented to the applicant as a form to complete and send in. I received a telephone call from my then current loan company, the first call in 7 years, who still were not prepared to come close to the proposal from Hypoteket.

Has promised a loan promise and then said cannot loan me the amount it stated. Just using it for attracting customers. It's not a game between kids.

We are very sorry that you feel like this. When we give a loan promise we make the decision on all the available information at that time. Often it is unknown then which particular house or apartment you want to use the loan for. When this later is known it can turn out that it does not meet our requirements and therefore the promise cant be used for that house/apartment, therefore it is always important to contact us before signing a purchase agreement. This is the same procedure as you would find with all the mortgage providers on the market.
However, we really take your feed back into account and are going to make this information even clearer in the loan promise. And if you have any more questions never hesitate to give us a call on 010- 150 70 00.
