Only purchased three downloads so far, but the experience has been positive. Like the way the three scripts are entirely different, with some others it’s basically the same script with a few changes to suit the particular problem. Roger’s refined Scottish accent is very well suited for the task.
Can’t comment on the support as I’ve had no need to use it thus far.

I've just discovered this company and have started using their download. I would highly recommend. Helped me with my fear and anxiety about a medical procedure.

Following a prolonged period of medical issues and investigations, I struggled to regain my equilibrium, but have since found these downloads transformative. Self-hypnosis is a new experience for me, and I wasn't sure I would take to it, but the team do an excellent job of explaining what it's all about, and are extremely professional and reassuring. Recommended by Therapist as Meditation- I have struggled with Flying since I was twelve. This meant every flight was agonizing. Travel is a necessity and international travel is fairly frequent. The Fear of Flying download used as suggested helped make the flying experience comfortable and more importantly created the opportunity for me to look forward to the trip for weeks before hand! I have been a chronic lifetime teeth grinder and I downloaded the hypnotherapy session to help with this problem. I wear a retainer and have temperomandibular joint (TMJ) syndrome, where the cartilage has slipped out of the joint causing the joint to click and at times, after an intense night of grinding, cause my jaw to stick and then jump into place painfully. This is often a nightly experience and can wake me, and especially increases at times of stress. This is one of those times and grinding has been significant recently. I downloaded the session in hopes of finding some relief and it did not disappoint. I have listened to it for three consecutive nights and the grinding seems to have stopped. The interesting aspect of this is the idea of reframing grinding as a habit that can be broken, which made me feel like I finally have some control. I have not woken in the night with sticking jaws and the pain has been reduced right back. I still have the slipped cartilage which cannot be fixed but I know that I am not grinding during the night and I instantly feel my jaws relax during the session. I will use this for around seven days and see how I fair after that I will use the session when I having a particularly stressful time. My husband has begun clenching his teeth recently and has also listened to the session with marked improvement. Next, I will put it on for my son who is a chronic grinder also. I was fist diagnosed with grinding at the age of 13, and at 45 I may have finally found a solution to preserving my jaws and teeth for years to come. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the hypnosis tapes (probably not the correct term but it’s what I call them). I’ve listened to various weight loss tapes & ones on exercising.
Since listening, I’ve cut down on my sugar intake, coke & even chocolate (2 major addictions). I am much more aware of what I’m eating, less junk food.
Thanks to the exercise tapes I’ve managed to work out daily (8 days in a row). One tape talked about how if someone offered you $5 million to go to the gym you would do it. And, how much is your health worth? Is it worth $5 million??
So, daily I’ve been telling myself to go work out & earn that $5 million. In the past, if I didn’t work out immediately in the morning, it didn’t happen. Now, I tell myself to get out of my chair & hit the $5 million. Silly but it’s working.
