Ever since I was a child I've woken up at night to eat. It is something I've wanted to stop doing since adulthood. I have tried "fighting" it for more than 20 years. The first night I used the hypnosis was the first time I didn't eat at night without it being extremely difficult. Since I've been listening to the hypnosis I simply use the bathroom and go back to bed. I am aware of my old habit but it doesn't have a hold on me anymore. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results I've had!

I've been using hypnosis for over 20 years for various outcomes, unfortunately the provider I used to use passed away a few years ago.

I'm not using any 'will power', I just don't really think about it as often and when I do think about it I'm noticing that I'm asking myself 'do I really want that or is it habitual?'

I have been using the Sleep Deep Sleep Long hypnosis for the past few nights. I fall asleep listening to it and have found that even when I wake up through the night I am finding it much easier to get back to sleep. Big improvement!
