I've made of self-hypnosis download's from Uncommon Knowledge in the past and always found them helpful. This time, however, I'm more committed to using them long term. Hence the four stars, which allows me to add a star if they help me turn my shattered nervous system around. They're always thoughtfully scripted, plus Mark and Roger have reassuring voices. Good quality and good value.

I have used several online hypnotherapists but this is my favourite because of the relaxing voice and the actual scripts used which are conversational techniques.I find myself more relaxed and really feel the benefits.Also their website has a lot of helpful content and advice which is free.

This is already making a huge difference! The audio recordings all have Irish accents and are very easy to fall asleep to. The app plays audio with the screen turned off and doesn't try to autoplay more sessions afterwards.

I decided to give this a try to help myself stay focused for interviews which i have severe anxiety over and have terrible past experiences with. I really wasn't sure if i could concentrate enough to fully experience the hypnosis as i have ADHD and even relaxing for meditation parts of yoga class i struggle to shut off and relax. I have actually listened to it daily since downloading, it’s really calming. I also zone in unintentionally on peoples breathing and any guttural sounds but Rodger Elliots voice is very smooth and soothing, its easy to understand why he has went into this field. His Scottish accent was a bonus.
I have yet to put this into practice but i genuinely already feel more confident and relaxed about my upcoming interview and have been preparing more effectively. I will continue to listen daily, few times I've genuinely thought I've fallen asleep but i always wake at the end so i think its working so far.

I truly didnt believe this could work for my long standing habit of cheek biting but when I saw it the reviews I figured a few pounds investment was worth a go. Imagine my surprise when to my cynical amazement it actually worked! I stopped this annoying unbreakable habit within a few days which has stunned me to be honest. I really enjoy listening to Roger's soft Scottish voice which is soothing and reassuring and now I know also effective. I have just bought the one on mending a broken heart but suspect that might be a harder one to crack but I am willing to be helped . I have bought my son the vaping one too so I have fingers crossed that will work too.
I really do recommend this company and they do do what they say they can so I am very happy with them.

Nothing has worked to make me quit, I’ve been drinking it since college and only quit while I was pregnant with my daughters, but always went right back to it after they were born.
