While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the quality of products, reporting issues such as headphones with faulty components, keyboards with various quality issues, and mice that failed quickly. Customers also frequently encountered problems with customer service, describing it as robotic, unhelpful, and difficult to reach, with some experiencing long delays in responses or no acknowledgment at all. Additionally, some people had negative experiences with orders, including items arriving with defects or being unable to exchange incorrectly ordered products. However, some customers also noted positive experiences with specific products, such as certain headsets lasting for years with good build quality and sound, or mice and mousepads working well without lag. A few other people also felt that customer service was excellent, highlighting instances where support representatives were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to resolve issues like sending replacement parts quickly.

Defect headset with static

bought a headset, when I got it and turned it on, and it had a constant white noise, I tried to contact tech support, but gave up because the wanted wayyy too many unnecessary pieces of information, and needed some weird numbers and letters, which was supposed to be somewhere behind the earbud, but not on this headset, because they wanted me to remove something that cant be removed without breaking the headset. will definitely send it back, the static is unbearable (a friend had exact same problem)

Hyperx cloud 2 headset

Hyperx cloud 2 headset, for something that cost £80 I'd expect a decent solder job, but sadly after a few months the wire came away from the jack. Customer support say they don't cover physical damage and refuse to budge on that stance. So expect any defect to be blamed on how you use their products. I've tried asking for a wiring diagram so I can do the solder job myself, won't be holding my breath though.
