Many consumers praise the service for being fast, reliable, and professional, with some highlighting the quick response times from customer service. People appreciate the efficiency and the helpfulness of the support when issues arise, noting that everything works as expected. I bought their amazone prime video subscription, autodesk account, chat gpt and gemini. They had an amazing customer service and at a great price the cheapest local supplier.

Hypercharge is a scam-based model

Hypercharge is a scam-based model; they give you a subscription to CGPT that works for 2 weeks and then suddenly you get deactivated from the workspace. You try to reach out to them again, and they disappear. i also reached out to the number that you sent money to, and they say that the website/platform owner owes them money. I'm writing this review for you to save your money and try different ones.

Extremely unprofessional service

Extremely unprofessional service. I purchased a subscription that is not functioning, and despite contacting support repeatedly over the past week, I have yet to receive a serious response or a resolution.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences…

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any seller. I purchased three services from this guy: ChatGPT, Prime Video, and Apple TV. Prime Video and Apple TV stopped working after exactly two days.

Since then, I’ve called more than 10 times and sent multiple messages, and he completely ignores everything—no response, no explanation, no support.

Taking people’s money and then disappearing is unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest service. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this seller.

Do NOT buy a “ChatGPT subscription”…

Do NOT buy a “ChatGPT subscription” from this seller.

I paid for a 1-year subscription that supposedly works by inviting customers into a ChatGPT Business workspace. Everything worked for about 3 weeks, and then the entire workspace suddenly got deactivated, which immediately removed my access — even though I still had over 11 months left on the subscription I paid for.

After that, instead of fixing the issue, replacing the workspace, or refunding the money, they blamed me for the workspace being deactivated. They did give an explanation, but it made absolutely no sense and was completely illogical. It honestly just sounded like a convenient excuse to avoid taking responsibility.

From that point on, they became extremely unresponsive. Messages would go unanswered for days, and every time I asked for a solution I got delays, excuses, or silence. Meanwhile, the access I paid for was simply gone.

So the reality is this: I paid for 12 months and received about 3 weeks. The remaining 11+ months disappeared, and they refused to restore access or give any refund.

This whole situation shows exactly what kind of service you can expect. If the workspace gets shut down, they won’t fix it, they won’t refund you, and they’ll just blame you for it.

Save yourself the money and the frustration. Do not buy from them.

I had a small problem with Netflix login and he helped me, I saw a lot of bad reviews and obviously they didn't read terms and conditions. It says 2 deactivations and the warrenty is void. So many bad reviews just to harm shop reputation

gpt pro deactivated after 3 weeks

Could give 0 starts if available.
Terrible experience. They claim to sell chatgpt pro subscriptions by adding you to a workspace group (chatgpt on your own email).
At first everything seems to work, but after about 3 weeks the pro features suddenly disappear: your team manager deactivated your account.
Contacted them, no cooperation, they will sell you another account.

Very dishonest operation, didn't specify the rules and terms of use.

They take your money, give you temporary access, and then disappear. There is no support, no accountability, and no way to recover your money.
Total waste of money and time.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS AND AVOID GETTING SCAMMED.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. This service claims to sell premium subscriptions by adding you to a family group. At first everything seems to work, but after about a week the premium features suddenly disappear. Then the real problem starts: their social media pages get deleted and they completely stop responding on WhatsApp.

It’s clearly a dishonest operation. They take your money, give you temporary access, and then disappear. There is no support, no accountability, and no way to recover your money.

Total waste of money and time. I strongly recommend staying away from this service if you don’t want to get scammed.

I could give them zero stars Its a real scam ... do not work with them .. you will throw your money .. it works only seven days at first and they start being flagged as family for not using terms and conditions of google .. and if you get back to them they seem proffessional and they are working on it .. and they get flagged again .. and when you ask them they say you are flagged and will not give you refund knowing i used my account according to terms and conditions ... a real scamm.. the 5 star ratings from the other users are made on the first days of subscription when the thing works properly .. the other days problems start ..zero stars can be given only ..
