We've lost $7,000 after requesting to cancel our agreement less than 24 hours after signing it.
Out of good faith, even offered a $1,000 settlement for the 45-minute sales presentation, only to receive an email from Justin Goldsmith claiming they had already completed all the work—a blatant lie, considering it had been less than 24 hours between signing the agreement and our cancellation request.
Our decision to immediately request cancelation within first 24 hours of signing was based on specific and high concerns with the agreement wording which contradicted the sales presentation portion concerning the ongoing $5,000 monthly subscription agreement yet they still aggressively pursed and threatened us by placing our company with a collection company not to mention ongoing threats.
Additionally, they refused to provide proof of any supposed work performed, nor the recorded call during the presentation they so bluntly threatened us with.
This is an abuse of unfair business practices, not to mention unethical and highly unprofessional in every sense of the word.
Costly Lesson Learned when dealing with companies that have no morals.
