I can say its all legit! At first i thought scam but it wasent. My first order was pokemon cards i got them about 2 weeks wait time, then i ordered shoes then wait time was about 1.5weeks, now its time to try to hit jackpot HypeDrop! I wish u all some good luck! I am extremely disappointed with the way my issue has been handled. I experienced a serious technical problem during a 100-box PvP battle, where the match ended prematurely and the final results appeared before the opening animations were completed. Despite providing detailed explanations and even sending clear video evidence, the support team repeatedly dismissed my concerns by saying “everything looks normal on our end.”
This is unacceptable for a platform that claims to value fairness and transparency. Instead of properly investigating the obvious defect, the support process has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. I have now spent several days waiting for a fair resolution, with no meaningful progress or accountability from the team.
As a customer who has been using your platform for years, I expect better treatment. The lack of clear communication, the refusal to acknowledge the problem, and the failure to provide a fair solution have resulted in a very negative experience. I kindly request that my case be taken seriously, reviewed properly, and resolved with fairness — including a replay of the match or appropriate compensation.
If this is not addressed professionally, it raises serious questions about the platform’s integrity and customer care.
