Above & beyond customer service!

I recently needed to cancel my PRO subscription and request a refund, and JV from Hypeddit’s support team was absolutely fantastic!

My request was handled very quick, transparent, and with personal care. Clear instructions, and friendly tone made what could have been a frustrating experience very positive. It’s clear that Hypeddit values its users. Thank you, JV, and the Hypeddit team, for your outstanding support! I’ll definitely consider returning as a PRO member in the future.

Great promotion tools

Hypeddit have some great tools for music promotion. The interface is user friendly and the people there are really helpful. My song went to number one on the charts (My song didn’t really go to number one but everything else I said is absolutely true 😆).

A very good service

Mike was very patient and knowledgeable, it was a long slog getting my account working again after it had been blocked for unknown reasons. The campaign is now running in the background hopefully we’ll see some results soon!

Hypeddit.com offers such great and…

Hypeddit.com offers such great and simple solutions for artists. It has helped me get a clear overview of how well my campaigns are performing, and they make setting up ads really easy. Their support is fantastic—I got help just minutes after reaching out with an issue that needed to be resolved. I highly recommend it!

Greatest Customer Service

I was charged for the subscription I forgot to cancel. Contacted support for a refund l. In legit 5 minutes, just 5 minutes the money was back in my account and email was sent to me. Probably the best customer service I have ever been through. This is coming from a guy that has been through big companies. Not one company has ever treated a customer this well and effectively. This isn’t a bias rating. This is a true rating.

I've never had such a difficult time…

I've never had such a difficult time cancelling a membership. Most companies respect a customer's request to cancel and make the process straightforward—but not here. Instead, they require repeated confirmations, extra steps, and if you miss a follow-up, you're charged again without warning.

While the service itself was good, the deliberately complicated cancellation process felt unkind and disrespectful. Unfortunately, it left such a bad impression that I have no interest in using this service again.

Canceling should be as easy as hitting the "Cancel" button that's inside your account settings. It sounds like that didn't work for you. You needed support. And our team failed you!

I'll make sure that you get a refund for any renewal you didn't want to have happen. And I'll also take a look at who assisted you! Rest assured, there'll be consequences. This is unacceptable!

I cancelled my subscription but still…

I cancelled my subscription but still went ahead and deducted my money.
I was told a refund is on the way but nothing seems to happen.

I would not recommend anyone to give their credit or debit card details because once you have given those details, they will keep on getting money from you even after cancelling your subscription.

You're totally right to be upset if you're being charged after you cancel your subscription!

It's John here, the founder of Hypeddit. I can see what happened.

On February 2, 2025 you paused your Hypeddit membership for 3 months. This is an option we have for artists who don't release music often and want to save money between releases - while keeping their data and lifetime fans. So it's different from canceling.

On May 2, 2025, your 3 months pause ended. And so your membership activated again.

I see that you've been in touch with our support team on May 16, 2025 to cancel your membership and request a refund. We canceled your membership for you and sent you the refund in full on the same day (May 16, 2025)

It looks like you used a credit card with a billing address in Kenya. Please give it 3 - 5 business days for the refund to show up in your account. If you don't see it, just contact our support team or the phone number on the back of your credit card for instant support.

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime in your Account Settings. If your subscription renewed before you had a chance to cancel, then no worries. We can help with a refund.
