I placed and fully paid for my order (#151169) with Hype Clothinga on February 6th, 2025, expecting a smooth process. Instead, I have faced over a month of delays, vague responses, and a complete lack of transparency.

After two weeks of silence, I had to reach out myself, only to be told on February 19th—reactively—that my order failed their quality check. At that point, they assured me that a replacement would be shipped within 2 to 10 business days. That deadline passed on March 5th, and now, as of March 12th, I still have no confirmed shipment date.

What frustrates me most is not the delay itself but the company’s total lack of proactiveness. If they had communicated issues in a timely manner, offered an alternative (such as a different color or similar item), or even given a firm shipment date, I could have been more understanding. Instead, I have been left chasing updates with no real resolution.

To make matters worse, their only attempt at “compensation” was a 10% discount for a future purchase, which is completely useless considering the experience I’ve had. They refuse to offer a discount on my current order or even a partial refund for the inconvenience.

At this point, I’ve demanded either a confirmed shipment date within 48 hours or a full refund, and if they fail to respond, I will escalate the matter further.

⚠️ Avoid this company unless you’re willing to deal with excessive delays, poor communication, and non-existent customer service.

Legit, great, amazing. Really good customer service - great communication. So many clothes to chose from, many shoes and things you won't find anywhere else. Fast delivery. I really love Hypeclothinga, I shop there very often and there is just not a single bad thing you can say about this shop

My son wanted a pair of Nike Air Jordan’s High tops from the Rome store. He was given money by his grandparents to buy something for himself on his holiday. We visited the store on the 15th January 2023 and Fabio was extremely helpful. The shoes my son wanted were not available at the store but Fabio ordered these for us and were delivered to our home in Australia 3 weeks later which was fantastic. Our experience was one of great customer service, the number of clients allowed in the store was paced to ensure the best service for each client.
