No gift for Christmas for my 10 year old

I have placed an order weigh before Christmas to get a pair of sneakers for my 10 year old. Not even today (29.12) they know when I can get them, saying that we, the customers, who ordered and paid in advanced are the problem, as we ordered too much and is crazy to organise. Really?! People place orders before Christmas?! This is new... well, the problem is that you did not get organised before Christmas. This is the only platform where no extra effort was done to solve the Christmas crazyness - and believe me, I have tried severals - just dry information about how sorry you are. Well, for sorry we go elswhere, on this platform, we come for sneakers... but no problem, won't bother you any time soon in the future...

Amazing but took a while

Honestly speaking the shoes were absolutely perfect. As described and look + feel 100% real. My only issue would be how long they took to arrive and most importantly why that part wasn’t advertised. I ordered on December 1st as a Christmas present and they’ve only arrived today (December 24th). Almost thought they wouldn’t come in time.

Missing Size Tag on the product

I ordered my Yeezy Wave Runner 700 - Size 45 1/3 on 29th November and they delivered the product to me after 3 weeks on 17th December and guess what, the box was missing the original size tag. Instead of the original size tag, they stuck their own barcode on the shoe box. Upon emailing them (yes emailing is the only option, they do not entertain calls.) , they gave me a rude reply saying that they cannot accept my return request and they are ready to face any legal actions! Acting like a mafia!! Not having the size tag not only raises concern of the authenticity of the product but also decreases the value of the shoe for which I already paid EUR 350. I am happy to get the size tag from that but I am assuming they lost the size tag and then stuck their own barcode sticker on the box and then started giving me rude replies. PATHETIC!!
