The actual skateboards are great but…

The actual skateboards are great but the mechanism to hold them up doesn’t work well. We bought 6 boards a year ago and over the last year 2 have fallen off the wall at the part where there is tape that sticks to the board. 1 board got damaged and I had to page a discounted fee to replace the board. They were then put back up by a professional art installation company with the brackets provided by Hylus and again about 3 weeks later a board fell. Such great pieces but I wish they had a better mechanism to hang them.

I ordered 5 custom boards submitted my…

I ordered 5 custom boards submitted my photos. Then received and email saying I would have to pay 2 custom design fee’s to put the photos on the boards correctly. Also ordered some mounts at that point. Went back and fourth for 4months about how my photos are not good enough quality which is fine I guess. Bottom line they took my money asked for more then didn’t do much to help me. I asked for a refund no reply. So then I picked out boards on there website and asked if they could just send me these instead still no reply. Basically I got robbed for somewhere around $800.00. Don’t order from this place they seem like thief’s and cons to me.

Order arrived 2 months late

Order arrived 2 months late, and DAMAGED. Customer service never replied to me, on top of that, they buy the products ready made and then ship them to to buyer, they don't even make their own products, they purchase from MKI Plexi

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I don’t even remember how long ago I ordered it, it’s been that long. It’s over a year now. I have emailed your company multiple times and I still have not received my order. I would really love someone to please resolve my issue that has been going on for such a long time. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

I placed an order on the 14/3/22 and I did not receive the order even though they guarantee orders will be shipped within 30 days and when I tried contacting them about the order I did not hear back. Do not purchase

Do not Purchase

Got my order about 10 days late, the products came with minor damage, as well as the quality was horrible. I hung up the art work and after 3 days one of the skateboard images peeled and fell off due to the sticker mount. Would not recommend this product at all to anyone especially for the 400$ price tag. Very disappointed.

I don’t receive my puechase

After 15 days, and more than 10 business days I’m still waiting for my Purchase. It’s impossible to follow the tracking and don’t have a way to know if the items are on the way. Terrible service

Pleased with Hylus

While it is difficult to hand and you must follow the instructions carefully. One of my skateboards fell and chipped but Hylus followed through with a replacement board immediately and sent a video on how to hang. I couldn’t be happier with my Kaws!!

Order reviewed and problem fixed.

After a problem in my order, they fixed it in a few days and even took the care of emailing me directly.

Really good customer service and had no issue resolving the problem.

Great customer service

The acrylic holders for the art pieces are very fragile and difficult to align when installing. Told Hylus that i would love to get another set of the holders...especially the middle piece....response was quick and positive. Impressed!!
