Buying a property whether it’s your first, second, or even tenth can be an incredibly stressful experience. Choosing the right solicitor is equally challenging, as many firms promise clear communication, and smooth turnaround times. From my personal experience HYLAND Fitzwater truly deliver on everything they promise

At first I was slightly hesitant about instructing a firm located over 400 miles away from my home. That concern quickly disappeared Throughout the entire process, the team made me feel as though they were around the corner, providing consistent support, and guidance every stage of the whole process.

I had the pleasure of being represented by Belgin, who went above and beyond from start to finish. As a first time buyer, I found the legal side of purchasing a property quite daunting, but Belgin took time to explain every step clearly and patiently. No question ever felt too small, and every document was reviewed carefully to ensure I fully understood what I was signing. Her attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was completed correctly gave me complete confidence throughout the whole process

Unprofessional and rude. Following a recommendation from an agent I made contact earlier in 2025 for a time critical commercial matter. Carol failed to acknowledge full details sent and emailed after deadline to say matter had been overlooked. Telephoned Nov 25 to give a second chance and was accussed of reeling off a series of facts without instruction. I was merely trying to give an insight and background to my situation. Surely that is what a client does before you can advise if you are able to assist prior to instruction.
Would not recommend this firm.
