This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased

This is the 2nd one I’ve purchased. Love the product, works great, but some of the parts don’t fit where indicated. Wrench works for some screws not for others. Instructions indicate washers in some spots but were not included. There were 4 weird screws with a sleeves included that fit nowhere. I don’t remember the previous one I bought having so many problems. Luckily we have a well stocked shop to find what I needed to assemble. Would suggest someone sits down and puts one together as most people would be frustrated by the problems with assembly. Such a shame as the light and panel are of such excellent materials and function so well, to have mismatched parts for assembly.

I ordered a Ceiling Fan of the wrong…

I ordered a Ceiling Fan of the wrong color.
Contacted Karen who changed the color to what I wanted at the same price I ordered.
The order was received on the specified date.
I have yet to install the Ceiling fan.
