The ordered heated hoodie arrived and did not work. I contacted the company, and their website states they pay return shipping if the item is faulty. They kept sending offers for a partial refund, never the full amount. I am currently going through PayPal to get a refund, and they are doing the same thing, not offering a full refund. I have sent this page to PayPal to see reviews.

Size incorrect. Deceptive advertisement. Refusal to return for refund.

SCAM! I ordered heated gloves! They send plain old gloves! Not electrical heated at all. I ask for a refund and they expect me to pay return shipping fees! Aweful company if u can even call them a company!

I ordered a jersey for my grandson at the end of November. I did receive the jersey in mid December, however I had discovered my grandson already had the exact jersey. So, from the day after I ordered the jersey I tried to get the information needed to return the jersey. I have tried numerous email addresses and the text conversation number on Hygo's website and have gotten NO RESPONSE of any sort.

Only got 1 star as no other option, another online scam company who don't deliver avoid at all costs

Ordered a Christmas present from Hygo and wished I had read the reviews first. I placed the order on 9th December and got an email saying thank you but have not heard anything since. I think I have been had!!!!

Bought a heated hoodie. Sizing was way off. Asked to return was given multiple offers firstly paying more money to get a new size, then a lower price, then 10% refund and so on till 40%. Each time i was declining and asking to return for a full refund. They were not listening to that though. They said returning would not be cost effective when asked why I was ignored. I then emailed saying if you do not accept returns why do you ship to UK. They finally sent me return details today. Absolutely shocking service.

I had to enter things three times to place the order. I was ordering for my Grandaughter to ship to her residence. When I paid, it comes back as shipping to my residence instead of hers. I don't think they would screw up with my payment though.
How could a retail business ask for a tip? What is this world coming too. Please send me a tip as being a customer.

Leaving one star because I have no choice. They didn't provide a tracking number or provide information on who was going to deliver. Received an email saying delivered. Never received ordered product. Reached out several times & finally got a response that said well,it says delivered. I have asked numerous times what is the tracking number and who delivered. Cannot get them to respond. This business is a SCAM!

Ordered a medium pair of fleece joggers, took 3 weeks to come for them to send 3XL instead, disappointed to wait so long for an item for it to be so wrong, would have been alright a size up for 3XL from a medium is idiotic, emailed for a refund will see what they respond with and update here accordingly

Order the fleece pants the wrong size came for both. Definitely European sizes as well. I asked for refund and to send the pants back they refused to send me a label. They offer me 30% refund and keep the pants. Well I’ll keep but gift to someone small. However 30%? They sent the wrong sizes and their policy says if their mistake they will send full refund or make it right. After ten email still nothing yet!! Stay away run away far

Rechargeable items have to be plugged in in order for them to work. Not rechargeable at all. And took ages to arrive.
A battle to get money back took it to a dispute via PayPal but I have to pay for the items to be returned to China.
Abysmal service from this company and identical items are available at a fraction of what Hugo are charging from EBay, Witcher and Groupon.

Product not as described, delivered late and impossible to get a refund

ordered rechargable gloves and unlike other reviews they dont even plug in - am in ongoing battle for refund - which I doubt I will ever get

Bought " rechargeable" gloves based on website description. 3 weeks to arrive and discovered they are NOT rechargeable and need to be plugged into a PSU. Opened case in Paypal and they offered me 20% back. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ONLINE CHANCERS

Wish I had looked at reviews before buying. Rechargeable gloves are anything but. It's an outright lie. They need to stay plugged into a power source.

Not worth 1 star tbh, awful company. Gloves need to be plugged into a power bank to work so completely impractical to use unless you want wires down each arm of whatever you’re wearing to then plug into the gloves. Customer Support reply quickly when it’s a general question but as soon you ask for a return label as per their Returns Policy they completely ghost you. Others reviews have read that although after about 40 attempts they received a returns label and returned goods no refund is received. As a Chinese company operating outside the uk we have no consumer rights. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

They didn't send rechargeable gloves as agreed & wanted me to return the incorrect ones they sent to China.

do NOT ever order from this fake company.
They are Chinese NOT British and don't send you your order. When you complain they offer first 10 % then 20% . Then finally after weeks say we are sorry with the delay and give another tracking number.
We need to stop these fake companies.
I am reporting to Amex next .

The gloves need an additional power bank to stay charged, the warmth doesn't last long once unplugged. When I emailed them to ask why the charge didn't last, I got a reply stating I could purchase at additional cost,power banks. These gloves can also be found at less than half the price on eBay and Amazon, rather than going through them.direct, unfortunately I went direct.
