Hi I have had aquariums since I was a kid and the hobby has gotten some what expensive. I really like hygger products because they are so reasonable priced.

Tammy and the Hyger team have been so helpful in setting up my 10g tank. I ordered the Hyger USB sponge filter, and unfortunately received the size M, as opposed to the size S as needed.
Upon this realization, Tammy was quick in offering support and getting me the correct solution!
The product itself sits perfectly in my tank, and I love the multiple use options it provides. My tank is perfect with it!

I loved the look of the heater and ease of installation and use. The instructions were clear. This is the second one I have had the first lasting just over a year. Which I put down to bad luck.
After 9 months the second heater also broke down with the same fault. This was quickly dealt with by Emma in the customer service team and replaced with a new one. Can't fault the customer service but the Jury is out on the reliability of the product in the long term.

I received a light that had been damaged during shipment. Hygger customer support replaced for free and did it very quickly! Communication was great -- they even followed up after the new light had been delivered to make sure everything was OK. Top tier customer service!

The customer service in technical support's response is excellent. Ginger tries to respond within one day unless she is off-duty. However, the web page to purchase the product is not working well. I ended up ordering the same product twice, and the actual discount was not honored due to the existing discount provided by the company.

I ordered the Pond Feeder through Amazon. When I received it and set it up, the controller kept loosing time. Contacted their customer support and they got back to me right away. I have to say they were helpful to me in figuring out what was happening. They then sent me out a totally new controller and it has been working perfectly ever since. I love having the feeder automatically feed my koi 3 times a day. Takes the worry off me. Awesome feeder.

Exceptional Customer service
I have purchased 5 lights, 3 filters, and 4 air pumps. All have worked perfectly for what i needed them for on my multiple Aquariums. I did have one light with an issue after about 7 months where the button wasn't functioning properly and hygger warranty replaced it in less than 72 hours. Customer service responses were quick and resolutions were made extremely quick. I highly recommend the products as they are great rice and quality has been great.

I have an auto on/off aquarium light from Hygger that I absolutely love, and have been using for about a year and a half now. Recently the power cord went out on it, and after a quick email they sent me a replacement cord completely free of any charge and hassle. Their customer service is truly fantastic! I’ll be buying more from them for sure.
