We purchased a hot tub from Take Wellness in 2022, and the service we've received has been absolutely exemplary. The entire team at Take Wellness are incredibly knowledgable and their customer orientation and responsiveness are excellent. They have regularly serviced the hot tub for us, and today, Sam, a service engineer, carried out a repair; he is always very thorough in his investigations and always resolves any maintenance/service task.

After some initial difficulties with the new filters I contacted Take Wellness, they came out the next day to help fix the issue (new filters more powerful and therefore needed a higher water level). Great customer service

There's room for a sauna under the eaves!
Simon Butland and his exceptional teams at Take Wellness and Pittville Bathrooms took care of everything from design and procurement to a seamless, professional installation. They were attentive to our budget and room size limitations, offering practical advice and creative solutions at every stage. Thanks to their expertise, our former box room has been completely transformed into a stunning focal point of the house, now featuring a beautifully appointed Tylo sauna. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer care.

Incredible customer service - they took their time to advise us through the different stages of design, including working with our electrician ahead of installation to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Installation was performed to such a high standard and the site was left perfectly clean. Love our Tylo Sauna and can’t recommend Take Wellness highly enough.

We are sorry to hear that you felt the cover wasn’t properly cleaned. After reviewing the engineer’s notes and the before-and-after photos, we can confirm that the cover was attended to during the service. While it may not appear spotless, some of the marks present may unfortunately be permanent due to wear or staining that can’t be removed through standard cleaning.
We always want our customers to feel completely satisfied, so we will be in touch to arrange another visit to take another look at the cover.

Decisions Decisions
We spent many hours researching which make of Hot Tub we should have and Laura at Take Wellness was brilliant - she answered all the questions we had and then arranged a test in their showroom - the result was we purchased and the delivery, crane and installation went off like clockwork.
Since we had the Hot Tub we have been astonished at how well it keeps its temperature and also how quiet it is when running. The kids have thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the follow up and advice from Laura has been first class - I heartily recommend Take Wellness Wales

I placed an order for a couple of spare…
I placed an order for a couple of spare parts and was call ed the next day to be kept up to date and told the parts where not in stock but would be delivered with in 2 weeks.
The parts turned up as arranged well within the time scale.
