Excellent service! Communication was great, they called ahead to make sure I was in and provide an ETA, and knew exactly what the problem was as soon as they arrived without even having to look. The guys are professional yet very friendly, I felt like I'd known them years.

I cannot praise Chris at Hydrojet highly enough. Our drains blocked up over Christmas and we were in a right mess. He came out quickly and used his knowledge and expertise to find the issue straight away. Removed the blockage with specialist equipment and then checked the whole system was clear. After a final clean he was on his way and problem solved. Polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would happily recommend this company to anyone with drainage issues. A reaonable price and a 1st class service. Thanks again Chris, You are a lifesaver!!

It would be impossible for me to more highly recommend this company. I recently had a blocked drain in my backyard. Chris from HydroJet Drain Care turned up when he said he would. The job of unblocking my drain took a fair bit longer and more work than Chris had expected because of the severity of the blockage, but he completed the job with the minimum of fuss or mess, and with no additional charge beyond the very reasonable fixed-fee. I had expected to pay a lot more and be told I needed expensive and additional drain repairs (which I had feared might be the case), but no, Chris reassured me neither were necessary, so yes, I would definitely call on Chris/HydroJet Drain Care's services again should the need arise!
