I have never enjoyed drinking water until I got this Hydrohbottle. This is the first time I’ve been able to get the water in my system that I need because the water taste better and I seem to drink more.

I knocked over my water bottle and broke the glass. I checked the website to see if there were replacements for it but not luck. Thankfully, Ameilia sent an entire replacement Hydrohbottle! I am so thankful for the prompt response and great customer service!

I had received my bottle and had an issue with it!
The support team at Hydroh were amazing even though my problem fell short of the guarantee!

Well, I bought one of your bottles and I loved it right from the start . it totally helped me walk better and it gave me a little bit of energy so I can get through the day I’m 65 years old and I feel like it’s helped me more than my medicine does. Anyway, my bottle broke and these kind people helped me to get a new one and I can’t wait to get it so I can start my weeks again. Thanks again for everything you guys have done. You have a great product. I hope other people will try it. I tell everybody about it. Keep up the good work.

Responsiveness of the customer support team

I have had back pain since before I can remember. Difficultie walking, getting up and down, or sitting for long periods. After 3 weeks on Hydro, I am mobile. Just drove 13 hours to visit family. Feeling good.

On May 17, 2026 I wrote a review for the Hydroh company. I should have waited for their email response, which I received within 24 hours. A lady named Kristina, who was the Team Leader for Customer Service, contacted me in less than 24 hours. It seems that there was a slight mixup with the delivery tracking service. It showed my order being delivered, when in fact it had not been. Kristina assured me that my order was in fact still on it's way to my address. She also provided me with a new tracking link, with which to track my order. I received my order yesterday, on time, intact and complete. I would like to thank Kristina and the Hydroh Customer Service Team for their rapid response and assistance in this matter. I will continue doing business with this company in the future.

I’ve been using my hydrogen bottle for about 3 months now and I have to say my energy level has increased . I drink 2-3 bottles a day and I’ve enjoyed using it. But this is about their customer services. 100% great! My bottle accidentally broken and they sent me another one! I have to say that is great customer service! So far the product is outstanding ! So I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience better heath!

I am based in the UK and been loving Hydroh, until it slowed down on releasing gas, so I contacted customer care and they couldn’t of been any more attentive and helpful resolving my issue with 48hrs - I’m a lifelong fan!
BTW there seems to be quite a few ‘copy’ cheap companies around - but these guys are the real deal - you get what you pay for

Unfortunately I have to return the product no because the product it self for personal reason but this company was really amazing, friendly trustworthy with courtesy. I do recommend 200%

Several days ago, I ordered Hydro tablets from the company. Upon tracking my order, it said that the product had been delivered to my address. It had not been delivered. I sent the company a message to that effect. So far all I’ve heard is crickets. I spent $108 on a product that I did not receive. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Excellent customer service with fast, professional support. My concern was resolved quickly, and I truly appreciate the prompt assistance and thoughtful delivery of the hydrogen bottles. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

I was very pleased geting Hydrohbottle, but unfortunately fell on floor and broke.
I write to company and explain what happened they kindly send new one which l am very grateful!

I bought 2 bottles from them, they seem to work very well. However, the one has a leak, but they are sending out a replacement right away! Great customer service, highly recommend. They are way more affordable than some brands that sell the Hydrogen bottles, also. Love it! ❤️
