Over all i have been pleased. Navigating through and communication by email was a little frustrating for me at times but everyone has been helpful .

I am still waiting on basic necessary medications to be able to start. I'm glad I didn’t take the plunge and decide to quit my steady job. I missed out on someone needing an IV yesterday because I still dont have epi for my emergency kit.

Very helpful and patient with my ignorance of the system.

Good service with reasonable customer service structure. It’s to expensive to get alternative services added.
Not great
Vitamins are always out of stock, difficult to get in touch with anyone, no way to schedule an "as needed" appt with a physician, app is not user-friendly, medications have not arrived to patients in a timely manner, reflecting poorly on my business.
Great communication
I’ve had a generally positive…
I’ve had a generally positive experience with Hydreight. Their team has been highly responsive and professional whenever I’ve had questions or needed support, which I truly appreciate as I work to build my business.
That said, there have been some challenges that I think are important to highlight. The ordering timeline has been longer than expected, particularly when it came to receiving my “dream bundle.” It took more time than I would have liked, and when it finally arrived, it didn’t include everything I needed to start operating as efficiently as I had planned.
Additionally, the ongoing availability of medications and vitamins has been a concern. Several vitamins have been out of stock for weeks, which makes it difficult to consistently offer services and confidently plan for clients.
Overall, I believe Hydreight has strong potential and provides good customer support, but improvements in inventory management, fulfillment timelines, and product availability would make a significant difference for providers who rely on timely access to supplies.
Lack of transparency, urgency, and support.
The company was unable to provide the “Dream Bundle Package” as advertised as part of my sign-up offer (they gave me a "credit" for the unavailable products) due to a product shortage that has persisted for several months and does not appear to be resolved anytime soon. Throughout this process, my inquiries regarding the supply shortage were not clearly addressed.
Additionally, my application to purchase from an alternative supplier has been pending for several weeks, with the only update provided being that it is “processing.” To date, I have not received a direct explanation, estimated timeline, or practical solution to the issues presented.
Furthermore, the booking link provided for my clients to view and schedule my services appears very unprofessional and overly minimalistic, especially in contrast to the quality and presentation of their Hydreight page. It gives the impression that minimal effort was invested in its development, which reflects poorly on my business.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency, urgency, and support. I had significantly higher expectations regarding communication, professionalism, and problem resolution. I hope the company improves transparency and responsiveness for current and future clients.

What I like is that the onboarding team, pharmacy, and support in the app are very responsive. What I dislike is that, they are not transparent with medical director contact and information. Being new to this business that’s part of our biggest anxiety. The most I have gotten so far is the medical directors Names per state of your business.

Would not recommend!
Would not recommend!! The app is awfully designed and terrible to navigate. I have watched dozens of webinars, but have no idea how to successfully sign up a patient to receive services. The worst part is that there is nobody to talk to and help you through this. But when he was vetting me to sign up, the guy was super responsive. But once I signed up, he went ghost, and I'm left with a bunch of different emails and no solution. I am not new to mobile IV services, aesthetics, peptides, or weightloss....I just wanted to do my "own thing". But instead, I wasted my money. I'm hoping things can turn around for me in the next 2 months because that is when my membership expires. I will give it my very best. I gave 2 stars for hope.
Significant Workflow and Communication Gaps Despite Functional Platform
While the platform offers valuable services, there are ongoing issues with communication, order accuracy, and workflow transparency. Clinical concerns often require multiple follow-ups across departments without clear resolution or accountability. These delays increase administrative burden and risk interruptions in patient care.
Overall review
I used this company when I was first starting my med spa, especially since I was having a hard time finding a medical director. It definitely helped me get up and running.
The pharmacy itself is decent and shipping is usually pretty quick, but they are out of stock on a lot of the main vitamins way too often, which gets frustrating when you’re trying to keep things consistent for patients.
The platform is another issue. They have an app and a back office you can log into on your laptop, but neither is very user-friendly. There are a lot of bugs—it freezes and gets stuck often—and both my clients and I have had repeated issues using it. One of the most frustrating things is that if you log in on your phone, it will automatically log you out on your computer and vice versa.
Customer support is probably the most frustrating part. There’s no phone number, so you can’t call anyone—you have to email support every single time something goes wrong. Sometimes they respond the same day, but other times it takes 1–2 days. I’ve also had tickets closed before my issue was fully resolved or completely answered, which is really frustrating. Responses are usually very short—sometimes just one line—and the communication often feels rushed, like they’re trying to close the ticket quickly rather than fully address the problem.
The biggest downside for me is pricing. You have to mark your services up pretty high just to make a solid profit, but you also don’t want to jack your prices up too high—you want to stay within range of nearby med spas. If you price too high, you won’t get any clients. For example, I charged $400 for a Month 3 weight loss dose and only made about $250–$275, which isn’t terrible but not great considering overhead.
Their payment system is outdated—you get paid by check, and you have to print it and physically take it to the bank. No direct deposit, which is inconvenient. On top of that, you only get paid on Tuesdays and Fridays if you’ve requested a payout—you don’t get paid at the end of each day like I initially expected.
Another major thing to be aware of is the contract. It cost around $2,000–$4,000 (I can’t remember exactly) and I financed it through Klarna, so obviously there’s interest. You’re typically locked into a year, and it’s not easy to get out of it. You have to submit a cancellation request within a very specific 30-day window before your renewal date. If you submit it too early, they may push it back and mention potential legal escalation.
Overall, it’s not a bad option if you’re just starting out and need something to get going, but there are definitely limitations and frustrations you should be aware of before committing.
The platform is difficult to use
The platform is difficult to use. We have emailed and an actual in person conversation would have been helpful instead of constant emailing back and forth adding different people in and no one taking responsibility for piecing it all together. The platform is not user friendly and difficult to use.
Vitamin Availability
My biggest issue is most of the vitamins I need are almost always out of stock. I cannot order from Olympia due to being located in Louisiana. If the medications would be readily available to order, I would have no issues.
