Thought they were good til they weren’t!
I really wish I could give a higher rating, since my first order started off rocky but with great communication from Alex it turned out well. There were errors on my second order, but once again, Alex took care of it.
Then they just didn’t seem to come back after the Chinese new year. They don’t respond to inquiries/emails at all!
I place an order on March 2nd and didn’t receive confirmation until the 5th (still trusting that they were just busy, okay move on), I received 3 out of 5 items ordered and one item not ordered in that order, but since I had placed another order with that item, I was somewhat okay with the mixup , the rest of that second order never shipped, so I only received the mistake item and never received the two missing items from the first (3.2.26) order.
I have emailed about a dozen times over the last month trying to get some type of resolution and only get crickets.at this point it looks like I am just out $565.
I really had high hopes that HYB was a good company, guess that’s my error for being so trusting!
