Zen messed up the funds transfer 3 times - after USSA approval. I reached out through chat, but guess what? Of course. No one available. Email yesterday. No response. That’s called either a scam or bad customer service.
Then, once it added funds, I added 190$ and got back basically nothing to show for it. Spent 183$ on a luxury box… got a $75 gift card. I might as well have tried to pick toys out of a claw machine. What am I supposed to “try again?” Nope. I’d rather have just bought the shirt I wanted in the first place.

False advertisement
I have spent money only to unbox items worth $0.10, I finally unboxed a Balenciaga beanie (that says Balenciaga across the front of the beanie). I had it shipped to me which took 6 months after it arrived it was a plain beanie (no writing on it) that I could have purchased at you local store or gas station.
Also to add, I receive these free unbox and when I do...nothing. Don't waist your money!!!

Worst website ever
Worst website ever. I only say this because you are feeding you’re card to win prizes for cheap. However once you win it’s a shipping fee which is fine but you NEVER!!! get your prize. So waste of time. I had 3 prizes that I won, paid shipping and still NEVER got. No email, tracking NEVER WORKED.
