Long delivery time but quick responses from customer service
Took way too long for the package to arrive. Ordered it on a Thursday evening (to be delivered in Copenhagen) and it arrived one week later. Customer support told me weekend days are not counted but that is still not 1-3 days as they promise on the website...and it's too expensive considering you have to pick it up yourself. After some hassle, I managed to get a refund on the delivery cost.
The items were fine, except for one that was leaking a bit, but after I sent some photos of that item to customer service they issued a replacement.

I had a problem with a delivery, it got damaged. In 2 days I received the damaged goods at no other cost. I had a pleasant experience. I recommend with confidence I will continue to use it.

Frauds
One star because I received my goods. Over 45 days afterwards they charged me 99DKK for a membership I never agreed upon. When contacted they refused a refund, as well as insulted my ability to read. Do not use this site, if it looks too good to be true, it is, and they will charge you more later without issues.
