So disappointed with huws gray my self…
So disappointed with huws gray my self and my family have spent thousands of pounds over the years with them and recently l bought 3 tonnes of gravel from them for decotrive cover on the garden however when the 3rd bag came it was a different gravel in colour and make where it came from when l rang and told them they said send pictures and invoice number in which l did they said they would see what they can do and get back to me never heard anything from them and for the sake of about40 pounds they could have sorted it so we will not be using how's gray at barnsley again

I ordered something, paid for it, was rung up by the company to arrange a delivery in a few days time. But then rung back by the company 2 days later to say they don't have the item anymore, staff were nice and pleasant and very apologetic but obviously this caused me some issues

Went to Huws Gray Wallasey as Heswall didn’t have what I was looking for. “John Terry” Terry the wood man couldn’t have been more genuinely friendly, honest and just himself. Helpful- cut the wood to the size needed without hassle. A fab guy, and I’d drive to Wallasey just to have that excellent customer service. Staff in the tills equally friendly and knowledgeable.
