HUUUGE SCAM

Okay, so I have been having problems with the game for some time now, glitches, not paying out properly, missing rewards, I've contacted them countless times through email to which I've never got a reply.
I was left with no choice but to raise a chargeback dispute with my bank over the issues. They then BANNED MY ACCOUNT because they were in the wrong and couldn't answer why they never responded to me. The also banned me while I had an active purchase so now I've raised another dispute. I'm going to get all my money back off these crooks, I'm disgusted that they disregard paying customers like this.

Pay to win literally

Do not waste your time on this, do not even buy anything on this, if you're really that desperate for a gamble go to a real casino at to a real slot machine at least those don't screw you over literally with a artificial chance to win.

For example I had 350 trillion I tested something, on one of the slots called Cash madness, I started with 1t bet which set's the jackpot 107 now I played this slot nearly all day... and I can say with 100% certainty that after about 80 trillion i hit the jackpot, then around 100 trillion and then after 150. each time you hit the jackpot the amount of chips required to hit the jackpot climbs higher.

I also believe that winrate is tied to activity if you play frequently you lose a lot more than when you don't play frequently I tested this I played on and off for a few days had decently luck that's how I got the 350 trillion... then I tested playing almost every day 20 mins here 30 there and that 350 vanished like it never existed... do yourself a favor and avoid this game like the plague it is...

THE WORST BEWARE STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR…

THE WORST BEWARE STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
I would rate zero if I could. They’re scammers that have been sued already and just keep continuing to scam people. If you want to just sit there and watch spin after spin with no payouts, yet they rub it in your face to buy their stuff-yet don’t pay diddly squat then this is your place. Why buy chips to just lose them? They will cheat all the time, not pay full payouts or if you win they pay zero a lot on roulette. Glitch maybe, I think it’s just their typical scammy behavior. Oh and good luck getting a hold of the scammy customer service, because you won’t. I told them about them stealing all the chips from me, and all they said was “thanks for your feedback.” Horrible horrible horrible the worst, DO NOT RECOMMEND AND SPREAD THE WORD. I’ll lmao when I see them get sued again like they rightfully deserve. I don’t know how the site is even still going, they do so many illegal things and go against their handbook of rules and regulations and just laws period, idk how they get away with it. Stay away and don’t waste your time, they’re crummy awful, and by far the worst casino experience I’ve ever came across in existence, and I’ve played TONS!! I’d actually give them a negative 1000 at least if I could; because I promise you they are that bad… actually much worse.

Huuuge will not honor their rewards and when you contact support, you are called a liar and a thief if you do not have screenshots of missing rewards.

I did not receive the rewards I was promised to receive from the purchase of a huuuge dash pass. When I contacted support, and explained very clearly what was missing, I received a reply that stated instead of the tokens, I received the Huuuge points. After emailing them yet again and explaining in detail once again, support told me that they misunderstood the rewards but they claim I got the missing rewards and that they could not just believe every person that claimed to have missing rewards. Support will basically call you a liar and a scammer for reaching out to them regarding missing rewards. I do not believe it is even a human, as every response was the same. Asked to be escalated and received same response as before. Sad that they have to resort to stealing from their players. They do not honor their rewards and only want your money. Do not spend one dime in this game, as they do not honor your purchases

Worst casino app ever, and more!

Don’t bother playing this app if you want to win and have a bit of light enjoyment. This casino game manages to suck all the fun out of playing casino slots. Lost 7Q in chips without any noticeable win, managed to get 2 huge wins which was swallowed up in no time and then no other big wins. Total waste of time, all they want is for you to pay for extra chips, don’t buy, you will lose them in no time.

The only reason to play, is if you are happy to watch reels spinning round and win nothing. Go elsewhere this is not an app for enjoyment, save your hard earned money!

They offer huuuuge jackpot wins, don’t expect to ever win any of them.

Charms is pointless, you will get hundreds of duplicates but the ones you need to win are non-existent, or cost thousands of tokens

This game is scam

This game is pretty good overall, but it has many downsides, so I do not recommend it.
Cons: The game is all about money, and for this reason, I advise you not to buy anything! You will never actually profit from it. It’s the classic trick — first, it gives you a little, and then it takes everything back. Yes, you might win a grand jackpot once or twice, but after that, you’ll lose again.

In my opinion, the game is a scam because from the very beginning, some players are chosen to have luck and others not. I see many players with level 7000 and higher who barely have 300T, while others with much lower levels have 400Q or more… it’s just unfair.

And the worst part is that after New Year’s, your bonus resets, and you have to start all over again. Everything is back to zero — all your bonuses, everything you’ve worked for — this is a scam! So the game is definitely not worth playing! Everything you bought for progress gets wiped. SCAM!

Its a easy game .if you dont pay , you almost cant play .if you spend your money , you will lose , so you spend more and you losee more.

THIS GAME IS SO DOG SHIT, THE CREATOR NEEDS TO MAKE A VID OF HIM OFFING HIMSELF AND I WANNA SEE IT DAMMIT XDDDD

seems to me like the game feels scripted, u can hit a scatter and nothing happens, go out of the free spins and u win like 20 times, also ive noticed u lose all of your chips and then win big again but then u fall out of your chips once again, also when you go to choose the grand, it always gives u 2 grand, 2 major, 2 minor, and 2 mini, and what do you know, it always falls on mini no matter the pattern u go, the game makes you win big to keep playing but then it SCREWS u over once again, games nowadays on mobile are filled with ads and scams

Huuuge has several major issues

Huuuge has several major issues: yeah, they offer fake currency for real money, that's it's own issue, but for me it's more how aggressive they have become over the years.

When you sign in in the morning, you get to spin the wheel. Used to, you'd spin it, get a few billion chips, and then move on. Sometimes they'd offer you a second spin for $2 or something. Then it became $4. Now a second spin is going for $8.

Once you get past that, you get about 7 or 8 pop ups immediately showing you chip packs they want you to buy, and these aren't cheap either. We're talking $10, $20, $50, $100 chip and card packs. You should understand that you can lose $100 real USD worth of chips in about 2 minutes on the slot machines.

At least, though, once you were in, and had clicked past all of the pop ups and notifications, you could get down to spending your chips on slots and card games, except there's a new promo and they will tell you about it, and you can buy 10 moves for $5.

Oh, wait, now you're being informed you can buy silver or gold ticket packs for only $24.99!

Did you buy the Huuuge premium pass? $10 and you'll get slightly better prizes for each goal you reach!

Now you're finally through and playing your favorite slot machine. While you're spinning, suddenly there's another pop up! Buy the 19 trillion chip pack for only $14.99!

Click it away and you go back to the game. A few minutes later, did you know you can buy points now? Those points help you in the collectible card game which helps you in winning more chips!

You can buy 200 points for only $10! Now, if you find a rare card, you can use those points to trade it! What's that? Cards can range from 200 points to 7000 points? Well, if you need that last card to complete the set to win 2 trillion chips, that would be $350 USD if you had to buy points to trade the card, assuming someone has the card.

It's like they're in dire need of more funding, they are beyond nickel and diming people, they're dollar and hundred dollaring people.

Now, it is said you can spend no money and still play, and that's true, but the psychology of the game is that you will get frustrated with not being able to help your club (you can join clubs to win tournaments), and of course to win you're going to have to bet big, and to bet big you're going to have to have a lot of chips, but you only get a few billion chips (that sounds like a lot, but many of the games start the betting off at 100,000 chips or more) and you will burn through them quickly when you haven't hit any wins higher than your bet after 300 spins.

So what do you do? Just this once, you say, you'll buy a chip pack. A small one. You can get 750 billion chips for $2. That's not bad, right?

Oh, you've already lost all your chips after 120 spins of nothing. Surely it wouldn't hurt to buy more, right?

It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't hit you with pop up after pop up after pop up and even in the middle of playing the game itself, or if they didn't have so many competing currencies in game to keep you buying, because that is the goal, to keep you buying.

Remember, folks, it's not real money. You're paying real money to get fake chips that can be gambled away in a few minutes, and we're not talking $1 and $2 transactions. The game gets more and more expensive to maintain as you level up, and so they offer you $50 and $100 chip packs to keep you spinning.

I played the game for years, and while I knew full well what I was getting into, the level of naked cash grabbing in this game has gone from reasonable subtle and fun to desperate for every penny you have.

It's honestly very sad to see. Just be cautious.
