Adam, Gordon and Lianne were really helpful and kind throughout the very daunting process of my getting a mortgage while going through a divorce. My financial situation wasn't particularly straightforward, and emotionally this was an incredibly stressful and distressing time.

Well what can i say about Huttlestone so many things to be honest. The service level is extremely high for the price requested.
To begin with Adam is a very patient man and very happy to explains details to you if you don't understand in the process. So when we started the process he made sure I understood everything. The details required were laid out in a easy to follow procedure.
When we wanted to put in an offer we were on a weekend and Adam recalculated so we could get enough to secure our house even on his day off.

More importantly he discussed and calculated the right amount we could borrow ethically not just to sign a pay check. All the required details for a application are all settled and there was no issues in getting approval. Also we gained access to deals we could not of had if we applied directly.

Even after our deal was approved Adam still took an active interest in making sure the buying process was happening smoothly making calls and helping us when we had a few unforeseen delays.
Also there was Lianne she was friendly and helpful making sure all the admin side was addressed.

In this day and age buying a house is so stressful it is worth having a broker to do it. Huttlestone is definitely one to use, friendly, helpful, professional, over the call service. Without them it would have been a much worst time to buy a house.

We will be calling on them when we have to remortgage.
