The communication is friendly, but there is no follow-up or real customer service. In case of problems, you are on your own. The service feels impersonal and bureaucratic. You have to sign contracts, there are many hidden charges (such as for bedding, early check-in or late check-out), and the deposit is slow to be refunded. If you don't give a 10/10, you have to wait a long time for your money and even have to send and call a few times. This is outrageous. The accommodation in itself was fine, but everything around it made the experience frustrating and stressful. I recommend booking a place where you communicate directly with the owner. Huswell feels like a middleman whose main focus is profit, not the traveller. Such companies are the death of hospitality.

Awful awful property agency company who hide behind marketing language “we want customers to have a great experience” and fail to offer any real customer service. Won’t disclose their legal terms upfront and won’t engage with customers to act in a lawful manner. Sadly now listing properties on Airbnb - cannot believe any hosts engage with them. Are always fast to try and make more money for themselves but not to resolve issues. Avoid avoid.

We had a very relaxing 3 night stay at Anna’s studio apartment in Ghent. Full marks to HUSWELL because all was very well organised, instructions were clear and the apartment was clean, tidy and well presented. The little introduction pack (coffee, washing up kit etc) was a nice touch.

Great service
We rented a beautiful apartment at the Belgium coast for Easter. It had the best position right at the sea with the most amazing view. The apartment was completely as it was described and like the pictures. The communication with Huswell went easy and without problems and always quick to answer on questions. I would recommend anyone to book trough here.

Nice Appartement
Hello, the appartement was clean and tidy. But it was cold when we arrived, and it took some time until it got warm. The heating in the bathrooms did not work. We complained via email, got response but nobody showed up to fix it. 🤷🏻 also it is worth to mention that there is a construction site directly beside the House!

The apartment we rented in the centre of Bruges was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was wonderful to be in such a central location, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again!

A perfect weekend getawya
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful accommodation in Brugge for a weekend with a group of seven friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spaciousness, charm, and comfort of the place.
The house was impeccably clean, well-decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were cozy and provided plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The common areas, especially the large living room and dining space, were perfect for relaxing together after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy breakfast together before heading out.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed.
Overall, this accommodation was perfect for our group getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brugge, whether for a weekend escape or a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Het appartement bevindt zich op een levendige, maar niet rumoerige, locatie in het centrum van Gent op loopafstand van een parkeergarage, winkels, restaurants en alle andere bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Het is zeer goed gerenoveerd/verbouwd, met oog voor de oorspronkelijke details aangevuld met alle hedendaagse gemakken en biedt heel veel ruimte (ca. 80 vierkante meter !).
Het interieur is zorgvuldig samengesteld en biedt een mix van gemak, comfort en stijl. De keuken is volledig ingericht (met o.a. oven en afwasmachine) en is voorzien van een compleet servies en bestek. Aangenaam verrast waren we ook door het koffie- en theepakket en het pakketje met o.a. afwasborstel (ondanks de afwasmachine wel handig...) en doekjes. De badkamer en het toilet zijn ook in goede staat en, net als het hele appartement, zeer schoon en netjes.
Alles bij elkaar compleet, comfortabel en prettig om te verblijven. En dat voor dezelfde prijs als een gemiddelde hotelkamer in de stad… Voor herhaling vatbaar dus!
Worth repeating!
The apartment is located in a lively but not noisy location in the centre of Ghent within walking distance of a parking garage, shops, restaurants and all other sights of the city. It has been very well renovated/rebuilt, with an eye to the original details complemented with all modern comforts and offers a lot of space (approx. 80 square meters !). The interior has been carefully designed and offers a mix of convenience, comfort and style. The kitchen is fully equipped (including oven and dishwasher) and includes complete crockery and cutlery. We were also pleasantly surprised by the tea and coffee package and the package with a dishwasher brush (despite the dishwasher is convenient...) and wipes. The bathroom and toilet are also in good condition and, like the whole apartment, very clean and tidy. All in all complete, comfortable and pleasant to stay. And for the same price as an average hotel room in the city... it's worth repeating!

During 5 day, we (three adults and a dog) had a great…
We (three adults and a dog) had a great vacation in Heist, near Knokke. Seaview, nature park in front of us, supermarket and resto’s close by. The apartment was clean, bathroom great, beds great, everything was taken care for, the kitchen is a bit out of date but everything works fine. Biggest surprise was that there was some salt and pepper, some olive oil, some coffee etcetera … which is really nice when you arrive while it’s freezing outside.
