Very slow shipping. Ordered part on May 4, 2025 it is now not going to be delivered until May 18, 2025. Two weeks for 1 part is absolutely insane.

Slow
I ordered a carb for a very common mower engine (without checking reviews for this site). I checked the order status today and it will be another two weeks before the order ships (if it does). I submitted the order two weeks ago. It should not take a month to pull a carb off a shelf and ship it.

This company is a fraud
Ordered parts and got a confirmation email. I checked two days later and the website informed me one of the two parts was on back order and wouldn't ship for 3-4 weeks. Told customer service I wanted to cancel, they said their cancellation policy would not allow.
This company is a joke.
Don't waste your time with them.

This review is for husqvparts.com which is independent of Husqvarna
Claimed parts were in stock when I placed my order 4 months ago. Then they said the parts are back ordered with several estimated ship dates but now customer service says it will be a couple more months. I’m wondering if they are even legit? The customer service was on a speaker phone with noise and barking dogs in the background and said they needed to call the manufacturer. They put me on hold for 20 seconds and claimed they had a new ship date a couple months from now. Horrible experience.
