The one door fridge we required was on special price, 1/2 price, I just rang your sales team,told them the colour etc,they asked the usual questions, were & when we wanted it,then said the transport company would be in touch with details of delivery, this happened the next day, I agreed the date for delivery, I was told the driver would give me a call 1 hour before it was delivered, that on the day happened, the delivery went well, with no problems, so well done Husky and your team, first class service.

We’ve been using Husky products since 2018, and they’ve always been reliable for our shop. Some of our display fridges and all of our freezers are from them, and they’ve worked great for storing our stock. Their customer service has always been top-notch, especially when we had service calls in 2020, which were sorted quickly. Very happy to stay a Husky customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify the details regarding your order.
Upon receipt of your order, our sales team noticed that a residential address was provided for delivery. They reached out to inform you that the product ordered was designed for commercial use, and therefore the noise level during operation would be higher than that of a domestic appliance.
You acknowledged this information and confirmed your request to proceed with the order, providing us with an alternative business address for the delivery.
Approximately two weeks after receiving the product, we were contacted by your tradesperson concerning the operational noise level when the compressor was running. We assured them that the noise was within the normal operating parameters. However, as a goodwill gesture, we offered to send an engineer at our expense to inspect the product to ensure it was functioning as intended.
However, you declined the offer for an engineer visit, which has limited our ability to provide further assistance.

Tripe Door Undercounter Fridge
Heavy traffic in Cardiff on that day. The driver kept in regular contact throughout the day providing update whereabouts and expected time of arrival.
The delivery man was extremely polite and efficient and
installation was painless.

Brought a new upright refrigerator for…
Brought a new upright refrigerator for my shop as my previous one broke down, the previous one I also brought from Husky 15 years ago and it lasted that long so I decided to buy from Husky again. There equipment are well built and of very good quality. The only problem I had was I needed a fridge urgently and was promised the delivery would be Thursday but did not receive until Friday apart from that very good service.

Just to clarify on your delivery, our haulier booked it in for the Thursday initially but delivery schedules can be subject to change as we are sure you will appreciate and following the initial booking in call the delivery was moved to the following day i.e. Friday which was communicated to you in advance. The delivery was completed within our standard 3-5 working day leadtime. However, please accept our apologies if this change to the delivery day caused you any inconvenience.

Terrible service
Ordered a new freezer and told them that another fridge had to be moved to remove old unit and place new one. Even gave them sizes and they said it would be ok. However, delivery staff said they didn't have a big enough lorry to take old unit. Lorry came back but they then said they didn't have the equipment to move the fridge/freezers so don't know how they were going to unload the new unit! Many phone calls to Husky and Hadfields delivery company but ended up cancelling order. Husky charged me nearly 200 pounds for delivering nothing and leaving me stuck with no freezer. Instead they blamed me for giving wrong information even though I told them sizes and that another fridge had to be moved. Had a similar issue 2 years ago and there was no problem about moving fridges or van size!

Thank-you for your review but we would like to clarify the events relating to your order.
Before processing your order, our sales team discussed the logistics of the delivery of your new unit and the removal of your old freezer. We asked specific questions about the access route and we were advised that the old freezer would be empty and that there would be a clear access path so your old unit could be removed safely from your store.
Arrangements for the delivery were made and whilst there was an initial error made with the vehicle size during delivery, this was quickly rectified by arranging a second vehicle to attend your store later that same day to collect your old freezer to minimise any inconvenience to you.
However, it became apparent when our delivery company attended site, that a stainless steel multideck was obstructing the access route for the safe delivery and removal. This information on access was not disclosed when you placed your order or when the booking in call was made to you by our delivery company. It is not our delivery company’s responsibility to move additional cabinets to clear the access route and they are not insured to do this. Moving and emptying units that are blocking the access route is the customer’s responsibility and had this have been done we would have been able to successfully execute the delivery/collection.
In light of your store not being ready to accept either the delivery or the collection of your old unit, the charges for this aborted delivery/collection are unfortunately yours to cover.
I hope this clarifies this matter but please do not hesitate to get in touch if we can be of further assistance.
