I regret the day I called hurricane tax for help with my tax issues. I was promised by one of the top staff, that I have come to the right place to get help, but all was a lie. I was told that they will resolve my tax issue and get me a resolution. nothing happened, I was charged $1,940.00 with no result. what a scam. I was the one initiating all the communication, what a waste of money and time. My goal now is to sue the company, so they will not do this to another person. If they don't refund me back my money, I will have no option but to expose the company. They are all crminals and needed to be exposed. very, very bad company.

So far this company has kept its promise in helping me to get into a tax program. I went through David Garcia to help established my account and the help I needed. David is very professional and he has a people's personality. My sons are now working with Bobby Chavez and he has a professional attitude also in which I appreciate too!

I was defrauded by Hurricane Tax and had to hire someone here in Oklahoma. If I could I would sue you!! Some nerve asking me for a review!!!

The entire process was awful. The communication couldn't have been any worse and the results are exactly what I could have done on my own. Felt very used car salesmanish

Cant say enough about hurricane tax, they stand behind their word, would recommend them to anyone interested in clearing up their tax issues. Hurricane Tax number one. 👍

If there was a zero that’s what I would rate y’all!! I paid A LOT for a service I never got, so thanks for that!!! You guys are horrible!!! I have told so many people not to use you and I will go on social media!! You’re asking 2 yrs later for a review....I am still paying the IRS what I owed and then some when the money I gave y’all could’ve helped out with that! You people are crooks!!

We were VERY CLEAR about our expectations and what facts we were already aware of. However we were fed a bunch of misinformation so that we would sign a contract. In the end all that was done was to supposedly get us set up on a payment plan, which we had already set up on our own prior to contracting with Hurricane. And ultimately the payment plan did not get activated. Also, communication was horrible. So we paid over $1500 for nothing. Money that could have been applied to our tax balance. Very unhappy customer.

It has been over a year and I have heard nothing from Hurricane Tax since summer. When I call, i have to chase down someone and it takes forever to get a response. My case is still not resolved.I have no Idea when it will be. I am still paying IRS every month and my balance has not changed. I am not sure if they are negotiating anything on my behalf.

Poor communication, not kept up to date with updates, not included in the final decision.
