Another great rental from Hurr. My managed item arrived early and looked as good as new. Really easy process and a great alternative to buying an outfit for a special occassion. This was my third birthday renting and I do reccommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with HURR’s customer service and Fit Guarantee process.
I rented a dress in December which did not fit. When I went to use the Fit Guarantee, the option was greyed out on the website, meaning I physically could not submit a request through the platform. I immediately contacted both the lender and HURR customer service on the day I actually received the item. The lender advised that Fit Guarantee decisions sit with HURR and that I should wait for their guidance.
HURR took days to respond due to “backlogs”. During this time, I retained the dress specifically because I was waiting for their instructions. As soon as I received a response telling me to return it, I sent it back immediately at my own expense using next-day delivery.
Despite this, HURR have refused the refund on the basis that the return fell outside their 24-hour window — a delay caused by:
Their Fit Guarantee function not working
Their slow response times
Confusion around an attempted delivery being treated as the start date, even though I did not receive the item until later
I raised this promptly, followed all instructions given, escalated it formally, and even contacted the lender immediately — who told me to contact HURR. I am now £85 out of pocket for an item that was never worn and returned in perfect condition.
Penalising customers for platform failures and delayed support responses is extremely unfair. Policies should allow for common-sense exceptions, especially when the customer has acted promptly and in good faith throughout.
I would not recommend HURR based on this experience, particularly if you are relying on the Fit Guarantee.

Lovely dress, it got lots of compliments and was better value than a new outfit. Arrived in plenty of time for my event.
Only issue was trying to find where to enter the tracking information for the return, found it eventually.

I had a very disappointing experience with HURR.
My order was placed in late November, received on 23 December for a rental through 3 January, and included two dresses.
Both items were not as advertised — the fit, proportions, and length differed significantly from the listings, making them impractical to wear. Despite raising issues promptly and following up multiple times, I received no response from customer support at any point.
Return instructions were also unclear, which added unnecessary friction. Given the premium price, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not rent from HURR again and would caution others, especially for time-sensitive events.

A great service for rental- absolutely no complaints
I enjoy using HURR because of the vast range of clothing and accessories available. Whenever I need something for an occasion, I’m always certain that HURR will have what I’m looking for. The customer service team is also always super friendly and helpful in responding to queries. As a lender as well, I find the process very straightforward and seamless.

I loved the quality of the clothing, plus it got here in well before the time it was due so there was no worries about not having the item for the event!
I’ve been renting from Hurr for a couple of years now and on the whole absolutely love it.
I love the choice of pieces available and use Hurr over other rental sites mainly because of Hurr Flex - I think this is a fantastic concept, however, not all lenders accept Hurr Flex which sort of defeats the object of paying for it!
I also think the app could do with being more user friendly and simple. It feels clunky and difficult to use which is why I’ve dropped a star from my review.
Overall, I’ve rented some really beautiful pieces from Hurr and would recommend.

This is now the fourth time I used Hurr and I am never going back to buying a dress! This lets you wear a dress you wouldn’t have otherwise been able to afford, and for such an affordable price. I will add that I have only ever used the “managed” service so I have no experience renting from an individual. The dress, once again, came looking brand new, it arrived early and the included packaging and prepaid label makes it the easiest thing ever to send back.
I love renting from Hurr - so much wonderful choice and all the lenders are always friendly and helpful too. This is the first rental where I had an issue with fit, but found using the Fit Guarantee very easy and I was even able to arrange another rental in time for my event! I recommend renting to all my friends rather than buying something new.
Communicating with others on HURR is super simple, I had zero issues with collecting and returning my order, will be using again in the future!
Worst customer experience of my life. They take days to respond to each message and deliberately aim to frustrate you so that you give up. The parcel was sent to my old address despite me updating the delivery address when I placed my order. The Royal Mail tracking information proves that the parcel was rejected by the tenants and immediately returned to sender. Despite me providing this evidence, Hurr refuse to refund me the cleaning fee. The parcel was unopened and the item was unworn, but Hurr would rather cling onto £20 than treat their customers fairly. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Avoid at all costs!!!!
