I had an issue with billing
I had an issue with billing after i thought i had paused the account. In fact I had 2 accounts and had only paused one in error. hunter were very swift to respond and offered a reasonable refund. It is often so hard to get money back when mistakes have been made ( on my side) . Hunter proved their value by going beyond the old " its in the terms and conditions excuse" exceptional service and as I grow the business they will be a TRUSTED partner

Hunter.io is better than other platforms I have used.
From previous experience, I have found that overall Hunter.io is a great and better product. They have a very high conversion rate of good email addresses.

We have been using Hunter since a few years now, the tool has helped our team get relevant email addresses as well as verify the emails attained from other sources.
Though the emails are sometimes incorrect, however, that's with most service providers in this domain.

I'm sorry to hear you noticed some emails are incorrect. Hunter works by scouring the web to find publicly available email addresses.
Once we find a source for an email, we check back on that source every couple of months to update the email in case it can no longer be found.
If you always want to make sure of the validity of the emails found with Hunter, we do have an Email Verifier to verify the emails.
I would recommend verifying your emails with our Email Verifier tool (https://hunter.io/verify) so that you can know if the emails are valid or not beforehand. Our Free and paid plans also come with a number of verification requests that you can use for just that.
