They took so long to send the humidor i had to pay to upgrade the shipping cost to express so i would receive it on time as it was a present for a friend. If the item had been sent within the lead times and allowing 6-10 business days for the shipping i would've received it on time. It was so frustrating having to pay for 3-5 business day express shipping at an additional $140 cost to receive it on time.
I was looking for over a month to buy bigger humidor, 2,000 cigars capacity and focused on Lemans and Barbatus . Called and contacted about five companies, compared prices, shipping cost and accessories coming with the cabinet. Customer service from Humidor Aficionado was the difference. Pablo Davidov emailed me back immediately, price was similar but shipping cost from Florida to Arizona was 50% better than any other company. Also, asked him to replace 2 Oasis plus devices with 1 Oasis Magna and he did without any additional cost. Shipping was quick, humidor arrived in great condition. Pablo even called me during this process , gave me few ideas how to prepare humidor and prime. Very happy with the customer service and new humidor..
