On the 17 November 2024 I ordered 2 Eureka robots and of course I paid. The delivery was delayed with more than 2 weeks. When I finally received the items, I understood I had been conned. They had actually sent me two Mickey Mouse sweeping robots. I was offered an alternative item instead or a full refund. I chose a full refund. I was instructed to send the items back within a 3-day period as of the refund approval. Ok, I tried with 2-3 couriers and none of them accepted the package because airline companies do not accept items with batteries on board. I found a courier who can do the delivery service via train. The problem was that I could not submit a recipient's telephone number, which you can't find officially on their web page. I requested a telephone number from their Customer Support via email but so far nobody has answered.
I think this company should be reported to the European Commission. They are scammers.

On 19th of November I ordered E20 robot and I paid £71 plus £4 shipping insurance.Today is December 6th and I didn't received my order yet. I send them many emails, but nothing happened. I probably lost my money. But I hope at least I can help other people to avoid to be scammed! Humds is not trustworthy! Do not buy anything from them!

Worst scamming company to deal with

i ordered a robotic hoover and paid in full they sent me out a totally different hoover then ordered.

have emailed and tried several times but can’t get any response from this company. Pure Scammers Don’t waste your money or time dealing with this company. Have did a bit research and this has happened to several other people so please be aware of Humds.

Did not get what I ordered at All - I received China crap that has nothing to do with the items in the picture
