Customer service is exceptional! I’ve been a consumer of their bar shampoo and conditioners for 2 plus years and love them. My hair is so soft and shiny. I will never switch back to bottle shampoo and conditioner. Don’t be fooled by imitations claiming to be Zero Waste Humby products. Buy directly from their website only! They are the best.

After only 1 use of the Blueberry Fields shampoo and conditioner, I see results!! I was surprised to see improvements so quickly but after my first use I could run my fingers through my hair and did not come away with lots of hair in my hand!! I also had 2 different people (neither of whom knew I’d tried a new product) comment on how healthy and shiny my hair looked!! I can tell my hair has more body and is silky and shiny. I can’t wait to see how much it improves either continued use!

I bought a product that was not working for me and sent an email stating why and customer service reached out to me They sent me a different product that worked better at no charge. I love the way it makes my hair so soft.

From April to August. It’s amazing!! My hairdresser couldn’t believe how much new growth I have. I bought a wig because I was so embarrassed by my thinning/ bald spots. Now I have new growth everywhere and no need for the wig. Friends and family are so impressed, they all ordered it for themselves.

I tried the blueberry shampoo and conditioner for the first time today, and I have to say that I was truly impressed. My hair actually got squeaky clean, and I haven't had that feeling for quite a while. My hair is very soft and manageable and feels wonderful! It may seem a little pricey, but if I get the number of shampoos that they claim, it will be well worth the money.

Oh my gosh, where do I start! Well, I read about Humby Organics and emailed them about having alopecia, very thin, very fine hair. They gracefully reached out to me and asked for my information. I received their Humby Organic shampoo bar. I tried it the next day and was pleasantly surprised that on the very first use I actually had body. I will never buy regular shampoo again, they have me for life. I'm a very happy and satisfied customer!

I have been using the blueberry shampoo and conditioner and I love it. I am almost 60 (in 3 days) and my hair is thinning. I already have baby fine hair, so my hair loss was an issue. Since I have been using your product, my hair is soft with body and I already see little baby hairs starting to grow. I feel good using products that are handmade and not full of chemicals. I also love that the product is made in the US. One word of advice, don’t be fooled by fake bars on Amazon. Make sure you go to Humby’s website. Their shampoo lasts a long time and worth every penny.
I must admit, as a Mom of 6 grown kids, I do not do many things to pamper myself, but I feel like I am doing something good more ME. Thank you!

The company as kind enough to provide free samples to try while finishing chemo

What a wonderful company. Customer service is so responsive. I wrote in after purchasing a set of shampoo/conditioner and asked about my hair being frizzy. Immediate response and the suggestion to try their Chai set which I did. No more frizzy hair. Wonderful product. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love the Humby Organics products that I've tried so far. I have purchased at least 2 dozen sets of the shampoo and conditioner bars in various scents, the hair growth oil, snuggle tray, and I also have the bamboo brush which was a free gift with one of my orders. When I share Humby Organics with family and friends, I make sure to tell them not to purchase from Amazon since the products sold there are likely not authentic Humby products. If you're going to try these shampoo and conditioner bars please go directly to their website. My favorite is the Blueberry Fields and my hair looks better than it has in years following a bad case of Covid with significant hair loss. I honestly would credit the regrowth of my hair to the Blueberry Fields as I've only used the hair growth oil a couple times so far. I've been using the shampoo and conditioner for approx one year and have no plans on going back to my old products. You're going to love these bars! They make for a nice gift as well and the customer service is phenomenal.

I love these bars. My scalp and hair look really healthy now and with gray hair that’s a plus as it has always looked shabby. I have alot of new hairs too!! I’m so happy my daughter got me started on these!! Great product!!!

Like many others, I care about what I’m putting in and on my body. It’s hard to find shampoo and conditioner that contains healthy ingredients AND works. I decided to give Humby Organics a try. I’m so excited that with the very first wash my medium fine hair is now silky soft! If you have fine hair, you know how tangled it can get after washing. Not any more! So easy to comb through! On top of all this, the ease of traveling with bar products is an extra bonus, no plastic bottles. I will never use anything else! Thank you Humby Organics!

Products are wonderful, Better than expected

I had a problem with one of the shampoo bundles. I contacted them for some ideas of how to resolve my issues.
They quickly responded and sent me a different bundle set to try free of charge.
They also followed up several weeks later to make sure I was happy and that the new bundle was working.
This is a great company and they really have excellent customer service!

Oh my goodness! Not only are the Humby shampoo and conditioner bars amazing, so is their customer service. I truly can't recall the last time I have dealt with such prompt, courteous, helpful customer service representatives. As I said, the product (I chose Blueberry Fields) is also amazing. I thought using a bar shampoo might be a challenge, but it's turned out to be wonderful. The shampoo bar lathers incredibly having passed it over my shoulder-length hair only one time! The conditioner bar leaves my hair feeling smooth and silky and both bars smell wonderful! The scent is gorgeous, but it doesn't cling and isn't heavy. You won't smell like blueberries all day long, but it's a wonderful treat for your senses in the shower! I've already turned several friends on to Humby. The company has a wide range of products to address different hair needs and they also have an incredible return policy, so if the products aren't right for you, you have nothing to lose. Chances are, you're going to love them as much as I do though.
