I ordered a 4 pack of water bottle holders only received 1 item and can't find any contact details for the company

Ordered two solar powered fountains. Neither worked.
They wouldn't accept a return and/or refund and offered me a £2 (yes TWO!) refund.
Shockingly bad company

Shockingly awful product. Had taken weeks to arrive last 10 minutes. Not worth the money. Choking hazard nearly vet trip

The same as other reviews , I too was scammed , misled to think I was buying box of 12, I ordered 2 boxes and got 2 light bulbs , I tried to complain but got bounced around with Humblgret referring me to the seller … total robbing American company , I might try complaining to my credit card company for a refund , not sure if trading standards would be interested as it’s not a UK company , it popped up on Facebook … BEWARE !!

I ordered 2 boxes of 10 garden lights I received 2lights The same as you can buy anywhere for £1 !!!!£10 per light extremely misleading and as other people have said scammers !!!

It is not a company. Different sellers i paid 35 pounds nearly for 4 x 12 solar crackle lights recieved 4 single ones. Wouldnt have gave it 1 star if i could have wrote something without it. Not even replying to emails now. Had 2 orders in past but they were for small amounts and recieved what id ordered.

Ordered 20, received 2. Questioned this and was told that’s what we ordered, asked for a refund which was refused

SCAMMERS!! False advertising! Meant to receive 2 boxes of 12 solar crackle lights, only 2 individual lights arrived after waiting for a month for them to be delivered! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Massive scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. We ordered 24 lights and waited over a month for their delivery, only for 2 lights to arrive. After speaking to bot after bot of “customer service”, they claim that the items we received are correct. Despite, the product listing clearly stating that we were to expect 12 lights per unit (we ordered 2 units). Customer Service claimed that our order was correct and offered a £2 refund, when we paid £20. £20 for 2 cheap bulbs… its taken over a month to come to any sort of resolution, so if I can put one person off of buying from here, it will be worth it.

Sadly didn't see this last review and thought I was ordering a set of lights, but only one came. The order said lights, 1 which together with the advert picture led you to believe it was a set. Clearly misled on purpose. Would have liked a set as the one received looks to be of good quality although took weeks to come from the USA! This is clearly a scam.

Total rip off company I ordered 12 crackle lights on Facebook and only received 2. Facebook should not allow theses SCAM Companies on their site

I ordered the set of, in their words: "12 pieces" crackle solar lights, they sent 1 light.
Dreadful, still in conversation with them about false advertising and wanting the other 11 lights.
They've offered me £1 compensation Suggest don't buy from them .

If I could give a zero star review, I would. I ordered the set of crackle bulb solar lamps and received one. I contacted them and they offered me £3.00 compensation and I am still in conversation with them over their misleading advertising.

In the same order I bought one of the kinetic windmills. I put it up last week - not only does it not actually work, however strong or mild the wind, it has now started to rust.

Don't fall for this lot - their products are not what is advertised.

UPDATE: Went through the whole PayPal Resolution Centre procedure and got a full refund for both items so I would say this is well worth doing if you too have been mislead by them. Humblgret only offered me £3 recompense initially!

Absolute scam!
Found an add on Instagram from this company. Very cleverly advised garden lights for a discount price and showed 6 lights but when I ordered I only received one light for £13.45!!! They said thats all I ordered. When I wanted to return it, they said I should keep it as it would take very long and they haven’t made a mistake! Don’t buy and don’t trust ..

Yet another customer who paid for two sets of crackle glass solar lights and received only two. No help from their customer services or PayPal.

I ordered what I thought was 2 sets of 12 crackle solar lights and guess what...only 2 arrived. Now going to check my credit card statement as others said they've been overcharged as well

Yep, ordered a box of 12, they added a few quid extra once I'd paid, and 2 lightbulbs arrived today!
What can we do about these con artists?

Ordered 12 crackle lights and like other customers received 1.A bunch of crooks.keep a wide berth.
For 1 small light it cost me £16.42 !!!

Wouldn’t recommend this company.
I ordered 3 sets of crackle ball lights
and received 3 only. Absolutely disgusted to how they get away with
false advertising. Could have got them cheaper from local shops

I wouldn’t give it even 1 star. It was DISHONESTLY ADVERTISED and I thought I would get a box of lights. I only received 1 small bulb after a long wait. It cost £12.98 for one bulb. They were going to charge me
£15.58 to start with - more than the advertised price.
This is a company started just to cheat and fleece. TOTALLY DISHONEST.
