Avoid buying outside of the UK.
I ordered a standing desk from Humbleworks UK to India. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating. The shipping label they provided on the parcel excluded key information, such as my building and flat numbers, which led to significant delays and difficulty finding the parcel.
I was left to track down my own package using my own contacts locally, which incurred personal costs and was incredibly challenging. The process took over 5 weeks. To make matters worse, I was ghosted after filing an official complaint, receiving no response or apology. While I appreciate the quality of the product, the lack of customer service and support is unacceptable. I do not recommend using this company for international orders as they are worryingly inexperienced in this area and urge them to improve their customer service.
