Purchased 2 x jumpers over a week ago and no confirmation of delivery and sent 3 emails past 3 days which they ignore and conveniently do not have a telephone number. Just carried out some research and they can take up to a month to reply so giving them a couple more days and will cancel my card payment

Giving 5 stars because the sweater looks great! However, it did take awhile to ship and I was a little worried that I had fallen for a fake storefront. Just a bit better communications on the ship time would be nice if it will take longer than expected. Other than that, everything about the purchase is great. Very high quality product.

Sent wrong item out.

I bought a cardigan from Humble Pioneer and wished to return it. To return an item you have to contact their support and I had to chase them via email multiple times over the course of more than a week before they replied to this initial returns email.

I then returned the item and received no refund from the company. I've been chasing this refund with them in no less than five messages which they are still not responding to after weeks.

Do not use this company, if you want to return an item they will not reply and keep your money.

I'm being asked for a review but haven't received a product

Arrived without a problem.

Ordered a grey wool mix cardigan and looks good quality, it arrived all packaged but smelling musty and mouldy. Unwearable. I asked for the returns address and process and no contact from the organisation after a few days. Just had to send a second chaser email as no telephone number available.

Shipping took a while, but communication and quality were very good.

Really happy with the item, very luxurious feeling and comfy at the same time. Delivery time from the UK to US was understandable but shipment and response to customer service requests was slow.

No responce , total ignoration. Over a week and they didnt reply to anything.

They will refund. 7-10working days.

In last communication i didnt ask for refund , i asked to change size and to get ANY informations. I asked for refund 3days after the order , because there was no change of information about delivery , nothing .

They ignored. And now? I recieved an email , where it states , that i will get a refund .

Will update you, if at least they can do this.

The item hasn't been delivered. There's a message that I had "left the item at checkout" but I had paid for it. Can I either have the item delivered or my money back please?

I ordered a cardigan on 4 November. I had not seen a notification of the item being posted by 10 November so contacted the company. I was told that it would take they would check and get back to me.

When they hadn't today (12th) I contacted again. I was told that there was an IT problem and it was sold out. I was offered a different colour or a refund which is what I requested.

I contacted again asking for an idea of when I would get my refund and was told it had been processed. But I haven't had any notification. Very disappointed and won't use this company again. Communication poor. Will go back down to one star if I don't get the refund

This company is small and dedicated. It's Yorkshire based,I think?,.
I was looking for something specific and they had exactly what I wanted in stock.
Ordering was straightforward and delivery quick.
I'm very happy with the transaction and will definitely use them again

I like the product and delivery promptly.
