Love these. I have a subscription, and love the flavours. I have one every day with my creatine mixed in, to drink during my workouts. I find they quench my thirst and keep me feeling hydrated.

I've found Humantra such a help at keeping me hydrated. Sometimes at work, I get distracted and don't drink enough of anything let alone water. But the flavours are all delicious I especially like the lychee. Drinking my Humantra in the morning, is encouraging me to drink more water in the afternoon. Which have really helped with that afternoon slump feeling around 3pm.
I was recommended Humantra by my hairdresser, and I've since recommended to 2 other friends who are both enjoying the benefits of Humantra.
The only negative was the glass bottle. Even though its heavy, I love it. But sadly I was rinsing it the other evening and oddly a hole about the size of a 5pence coin appeared in the bottom of the glass! Very odd, especially as the rest of the bottle remained in tack! So I'm using a old plastic drinking tumbler, but miss the glass bottle.
But I would still 100% recommended this product to anyone.
I'm a 59 year old female....never too late to discover new supportive habits!
