HUMANS are the best!

It was not clear looking through the website exactly how we could order the correct replacement item. However, the HUMAN was able to guide us! The customer service rep was great and gave us the information we needed.

I recently needed to order a replacement arm rest

I recently needed to order a replacement armrest for my Humanscale Liberty chair, and the process was far more complicated than expected. First, there was no label on the chair itself, making it difficult to match the correct part. After some effort, I contacted customer support, only to find myself speaking to someone based in the U.S. He was helpful and directed me to the website, but unfortunately, I couldn’t access the necessary tabs on multiple devices—phone, office PC, home PC, and tablet.

Thankfully, the support representative sent me a direct link and was kind enough to email me, allowing me to send a picture of the chair. He identified it as a Liberty model and redirected me to the UK team. While I appreciated their assistance, they initially provided a link to the American site instead of the UK one, which led to more confusion. Eventually, I located the correct UK site and placed the order—fingers crossed I receive the right parts!

While I truly appreciate the responsiveness and willingness of the support staff to help, the process itself was frustratingly difficult. Clearer labeling on the chairs and a more intuitive website would have saved a lot of time and effort.
