I had a bunch of credits on this app including i was building followers. I no longer have access to my old phone number and was informed by a flip representative that I would have to make a new account thus losing what I had earned. Be warned this app is a ripoff
Today I was informed that I was officially banned from the app following their investigation bc I went against their UPDATED TERMS & POLICIES!!
These updates were made SINCE I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED!!! What are the updates you ask??? That you are not allowed to speak negatively about FLIP or it’s practices. I was banned for posting ‘lies’… these lies happen to be SCREENSHOTS of conversations I had WITH CUSTOMER CARE!!! Like legitimate one on one conversations with customer service. So I’m banned for telling the truth, but it’s lying & that’s against customer policy.
However people who were actually bullying others, PRETENDING TO BE ME, making fake accounts with my name - so they could say it was me… have gained access back to their accounts. How’s that for false information???
We have PROOF they are not certified retailers of half these name brands. I’m banned for blowing the whistle. Just know, I tried to warn you.
