Misleading Subscription Practices and Unresponsive Support

I had a highly disappointing experience with HumanizeText.ai. Their subscription model appears designed to deceive users into unintentionally committing to a $180 annual subscription. Despite signing up for a free trial, I was charged before the trial period even ended. To make matters worse, the customer support is virtually unreachable – they have failed to respond to multiple emails and support chat inquiries. Overall, the lack of transparency and unresponsiveness from this platform raises serious concerns about its business practices. I would caution others to avoid this service.
