Customer service of my dreams!!! Onyalie, the most incredible, patient, kind, proactive, knowledgable, helpful agent is responsible for the success of our seating map, which plays a huge part in the overall satisfaction of our conference. Her response time and accountability is truly next level. We had a complicated map built with errors (those were my doing) and she graciously took the many steps to correct the problems and resolve potential issues in the future. We are sincerely grateful to Onyalie and all the other agents who have cared for our account so well.

We purchased tickets to an event doors were to open at 7pm for the event to start at 7.30pm.. however th doors opened at 7.30pm, we went to find the seats which had also been sold to two other people. We were told to go to ticketing to find a que a mile long with people with the same problem. We did not get into the event which we had waited for so long to attend. What kind of company are they running

Humanitix was a very easy system to use. Most of the time it was very self-explanatory. When I had issues that I couldn't resolve, I had a designated support person who made herself very available to assist me and always did so in a timely manner.

Bought tickets to a festival,which was cancelled ,they said they have refunded the price, have not yet received refund ,after contacting them several times they have not helped and told me to contact bank ,bank has no record of refund being sent and told me tt contact humanitix to rectify this. After several attempts to get refund back through them they have told me they can't help and to take it up with bank, total scam
Humanitix allows us to run a tiny not-for-profit - we are all volunteers. We run an Emerging Concert Artist Series, and most entry fees are free or a donation. Although we still do not have a website, Humanitix has enabled this little project to run since August 2022. Humanitix is always available to help refine how we deliver our events. The integrations are great. Thanks to all the team at Humanitix, we will launch our 6th Series in February 2025.

Our organization switched to Humantix from another online ticketing site. We were intrigued by the idea that the booking fees would be donated. Not only was the interface just as easy to use as our previous portal - it is supported by great customer service. When a question arose about tax codes for our event, it was presented in a very clear manner promising help in getting things straight. Within two emails and one file upload, all was good. Professional and helpful!
