I am really so grateful for the experience so far, thank you MDP and I also thank myself for having had the courage to start this project. 🥰 So far, I have experienced subtle but profound changes when it comes to my mental health and mood in the first place, but also gratitude, focus, and creativity. I am overall less worried, more balanced, less dysregulated, I generally have GOOD days, my PMS has almost disappeared, no more heavy mood swings so far, even though I still feel all emotions in their full spectrum. Thoughts do not cling to sticky thoughts so heavily, rumination has gone down. I am kinder to myself, more forgiving and enthusiastic about what I want to accomplish and more convinced I can do so. My skin (I suffer from hormonal acne) looks much healthier, clear, and glowing (like a mushroom, haha), which has been a nice side effect. I also feel more connected to nature and have a greater craving for it, even though I find that I don´t feel like I can talk to the birds or something ;) I also love how you can e-mail them with any questions you have, and either the team or the community in the Discord group has an educated answer. I have already recommended it to a couple of friends, and they had their own but equally positive experiences.

I have to say, I was quite skeptical first and as I didn't feel much of a difference in the first days, I was sure it's not working for me.

When talking about my experience I learned to use more sprays at once, just making sure to stay in the daily dosage. That really makes a difference for me and now I love how the focus spray helps me to be focused for hours.

I always order shilajit with human pro as it’s the best quality and you can’t beat the price / quality. They launched the focus spray and I pre ordered it, and I’ve never been more enthusiastic about a supplement. The spray you will feel immediate, I’m legit getting instant focus. It helps you get really grounded and focused in what you’re doing and for example for me it makes my thoughts come out so easily during a conversation. It helps me structure my sentences. You have to try it, I’m not sure if it works like this for everyone but for me it’s a real game changer.
