Ved køb hos Humac har du som privatkunde 100 dage til at returnere varen og enten bytte til anden vare eller få pengene retur, hvis produktet returneres i original emballage med ubrudt plombering, og original faktura skal medfølge.

Der gælder dog nogle undtagelser for de 100 dages bytte- og returret:

  • Hvis produktet er solgt med abonnement, med forsikring, som specialbygget maskine (CTO), eller der er tale om digitalt plomberet indhold, som kunden selv downloader eller får tilsendt via elektronisk post (f.eks. licenser til software), bortfalder returretten.

  • Der er ikke bytte- og returret, hvis produktet er solgt med delbetalinger/låneaftale.

    When I came to you I thought I actually…

    When I came to you I thought I actually came into an Apple Store but you operate differently.

    My problem was a very simple one that, had you actually been an Apple Store, would have been resolved with a simple advice, namely to reset properly the preferences for showing the iCloud icon on the finder, and then to wait until everything loaded. I would have given that advice free of charge and then be sent back home.

    But of course you are not really an Apple Store but only authorized to sell and service Apple product. I imagine your employees are trained to make money. I liked the man who helped me but in hindsight I was really disappointed in him not to just give me the free advice but instead let me wait, while watching how the iCloud files uploaded.

    Instead, he should have said: this is how you change the preferences under settings. Go home and give it time to re-load. This is advice we give out of courtesy. If that doesn’t work, come back, as maybe then there is something going on that we need to diagnose and that would cost you money.

    Instead of this simple advice that would have taken 1/2 to 1 min, I was charged US$150, essentially for waiting for 1/2 hour.

    As I said, I liked your employee, he was courteous, a kind man -
    but he should have given me the above advice free of charge and sent me home.

    I felt like an idiot afterwards for not waiting for getting the same advice for free from the IT department of my own school.

    We have spoken with the store regarding your situation, and they mentioned that our employee assisted you throughout the process and spent an hour working on the settings that needed to be adjusted. However, it seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the duration of the one-to-one session you paid for, as it was for 30 minutes. We understand your desire for an immediate resolution, and it's understandable that you didn't leave the store until the issue was resolved. Our employee did mention the price to you before starting the session. We apologize if there was any lack of clarity regarding the pricing. We genuinely tried our best to address your concerns promptly.

    Sarah and Sinan(sp?) were very helpful

    Sarah and Sinan(sp?) were very helpful, patient and understanding about my IT ignorance. They were pleasant to talk to and willing to spend time showing me the new iPad, transferring data from my old one etc.

    Not happy with the ability of selling or greeting

    Spent around 17 k and the employee wasn’t really friendly , I do not want to speak about any discounts or offers considering I paid full price at once.

    Unfriendly

    Very unfriendly service, who did not provide any guidance and seemed totally uninterested in selling a product.

    Never received a receipt because the email address was entered wrongly - the staff member never double checked. Had to go in the shop again for a printed receipt (better service that day).

    One of the worst salespeople Iv'e ever met.

    I bought a 16" macbook pro at Åboulevard. First, the seller got the price wrong by 1.000 kr., then I had to deliver two types of certificates to her private mail, which was super strange, and then she debated with me if I was eligible for a bag to take it with.

    Buy your macs elsewhere.

    The staff was very kind

    The staff was very kind and even thou we went a bit before their closing time and had difficulties with the documentation , they acted with professionalism and the overall experience was more than pleasant.
